@@ReyesSerna-ez7obThe original writings that make up the Bible were copied by so many people that we now have thousands of ancient copies. Some changes did get made, such as misspellings or including footnotes in the text itself, in some of the copies. However, by comparing them, we can figure out when and where the changes happened. Scholars believe the editions we have in the original languages (Hebrew and Greek, mostly), are extremely accurate. So, the better question is, which translation to use. The best versions are the more literal ones that avoid paraphrasing. In English, they are the NASB, ESV, and Berean.
New Covenant Whole Gospel: How many modern Christians cannot honestly answer the questions below? Who is the King of Israel in John 1:49? Is the King of Israel now the Head of the Church, and are we His Body? Who is the “son” that is the “heir” to the land in Matthew 21:37-43? Why did God allow the Romans to destroy the Old Covenant temple and the Old Covenant city, about 40 years after His Son fulfilled the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34 in blood at Calvary? What the modern Church needs is a New Covenant Revival (Heb. 9:10) in which members of various denominations are willing to re-examine everything they believe and see if it agrees with the Bible, instead of the traditions of men. We need to be like the Bereans. It will be a battle between our flesh and the Holy Spirit. It will not be easy. If you get mad and upset when someone challenges your man-made Bible doctrines, that is your flesh resisting the truth found in God's Word. Nobody can completely understand the Bible unless they understand the relationship between the Old Covenant given to Moses at Mount Sinai and the New Covenant fulfilled in blood at Calvary. God is not now a “racist”. He has extended His love to all races of people through the New Covenant fulfilled by His Son’s blood at Calvary. The Apostle Paul warned against using “genealogies” in our faith in 1 Tim. 1:4, and Titus 3:9. What brings all local churches together into one Body under the blood of Christ? The answer is found below. Let us now share the Old Testament Gospel found below with the whole world. On the road to Emmaus He said the Old Testament is about Him. He is the very Word of God in John 1:1, 14. Awaken Church to this truth. Jer 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: Jer 31:32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by husband unto them, saith the LORD: Jer 31:33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. Jer 31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more. Is the most important genealogy in the Bible found in Matthew 1:1 (Gal. 3:16)? Is God's Son the ultimate fulfillment of Israel (John 1:49)? Why has the modern Church done a pitiful job of sharing the Gospel with modern Orthodox Jews? Why would someone tell them they are God's chosen people and then fail to share the Gospel with them? Who is the seed of the woman promised in Genesis 3:15? What did Paul say about Genesis 12:3 in Galatians 3:8, 3:16? Who is the "son" in Psalm 2? Who is the "suffering servant" of Isaiah 53? Who would fulfill the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34? Who would fulfill the timeline of Daniel chapter 9 before the second temple was destroyed? Why have we not heard this simple Old Testament Gospel preached on Christian television in the United States on a regular basis? Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, man-made Bible doctrines fall apart. Let us now learn to preach the whole Gospel until He comes back. The King of Israel is risen from the dead! (John 1:49, Acts 2:36) We are not come to Mount Sinai in Hebrews 12:18. We are come instead to the New Covenant church of Mount Zion and the blood in Hebrews 12:22-24. 1Jn 3:22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. 1Jn 3:23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment. 1Jn 3:24 And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us. The following verses prove the Holy Spirit is the master teacher for those now in the New Covenant. Jer 31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more. Mar 1:8 I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost. Joh 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. Act 11:16 Then remembered I the word of the Lord, how that he said, John indeed baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost. 1Co 12:13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. 1Jn 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him. I don't like seeing so many (if not all) of our Christian Born Again leaders showing up alone never acknowledging THE FACT that our LORD is right there in and with them! I'm hoping that the rest of us will start putting them on the spot by asking them why they ignore THAT FACT?
Every heart is wicked- not our conscience, that’s where God speaks His Word to me.. where the Holy Spirit grieves me when I do wrong-when I pray, when I ask forgiveness..nowhere in the Bible does it say our conscience is evil. Our HEARTS are what’s evil, and what comes OUT of the mouth..other than truth.
@@maureenjossick429 So what's the difference between your "heart" and your "conscience" then? It's said the road to hell is paved with good intentions.
@Murphydennis2332 there is a reason why the catholic church didn't want people to have there own bibles, why they did not want the people to question there teaching
if you don't do any work, i doubt you truly believe in jesus... yes he said faith alone save you, but he also said that Faith transform you, he told us to judge christians for their fruits. Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Ye shall know them by their fruit. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. salvation come from faith, but works come from faith too, if you aren't doing any work, don't claim you are faithful, you are the one who is using his "coscience" to deny work, not catholic. anyone can say he believe in christ in public, but is him really believing in him? he teach us Heart matter more than work, not that heart deny works.
What a wonderful, loving, magnificent, mighty and holy Lord we have in Jesus Christ! I have been a believer for many many years and it still blows my mind that He would willingly come into this world and subject Himself to the ridicule, mockery, hatred and His own murder for a wretch like me! He came to die. He came to take my place so that not only am I forgiven, but that i have His righteousness through imputation. That blows my mind as much now as it did 30 years ago
@@pegatheetoo1437 not knowing what the verses you're quoting say makes you seem... silly. This is Mark 10:18, can you show me where does Jesus say He is not "good"? "'Why do you call me good?' Jesus answered. 'No one is good-except God alone.'" Now, you claim Jesus is saying He is not good in this verse... Maybe you think Jesus is not God? That way, I can see you thinking that *"Jesus said that even He was not 'Good'",* otherwise, you need a little more reading comprehension. Also, about your question: "Do YOU know the Bible?", the answer depends on what do you mean by Bible... I don't think you have grounds to stand on unless you stand fast on the pillar and foundation of Truth, the Church (1 Timothy 3:15). But let's consider for the time being that you have a definition of the Bible, where did it come from? Is that Bible the same one Christians held and believed for 12 centuries? Is it the one Luther sent some books to the annex (because they didn't align with their man-made beliefs)? Or is it the one where the British Printer discarded those books from the annex because they were *too expensive* to print? Who has the authority from Jesus Christ to tell you what the Bible is? a) The One True Catholic Church, which Jesus founded and has the papal authority since Jesus to today and apostolic succession. b) a german monk (Luther), not even a priest, from the 15th Century, who never met Jesus or any of the apostles. c) a printer company from the 18th century. d) none of the above. Your answer should be "(d) none of the above" if you were consistent with your belief that only Scriptures is the One Infallible rule of faith, but given the Bible that you're quoting, I'd say you probably think (without putting a second thought to it) that the correct answer is "(c) the 18th century printer company", because your Bible doesn't have 1 and 2 Maccabees, which was in the Bible of every Christian until the British company took them off (and yes, even in Luther's, Calvin's and the other reformers' bibles). And if you are consistent with your man-made traditions, and you did pick (d), why do you think Mark is part of the Bible and not the Infancy Gospel of James? Why do you think Romans is part of the Bible and 3 and 4 Corinthians are not? Remember to answer this questions using only Scriptures, and not man-made traditions such as "3 and 4 Corinthians was written by someone who didn't know the Apostles" (this rule is not found in Scriptures, in fact, Genesis was written by Moses, who didn't know *any of the characters on it).* Don't quote rules like "this book doesn't sound like it's from the Bible" because Scriptures never call this a valid judgment and whether it sounds like it belongs in the Bible is ultimately an opinion (and all opinions are fallible, the only infallible rule of faith, according to you, is Scriptures). Don't say something like, "the infancy Gospel of James is not part of the Bible because it says that Mary was a perpetual virgin, which is contradicted by the Bible", because you don't know whether what you call Bible today is *actually the Bible* or just a faulty collection of books who are placed there by the Catholic Church to deceive us all. What I'm saying is: don't start from the conclusion to arrive to the Truth, because that would be like me saying "Jesus is not God because Allâh said in the Qur'an that Jesus is not God." If the Qur'an I hold between my hands is false, then whatever I think Allâh said in there is irrelevant. Likewise, if the Bible you hold in your hands is not True Scriptures, then nothing you think it says is relevant to which books are Scriptures or not. If Genesis contradicts Acts, Romans and Galatians on circumcision (eternal covenant, not until Jesus comes), then you could discard those books. But don't discard James because it says that faith alone profits *nothing* while Paul says that we're saved by faith apart from works *of the Law.* I'll give you a break. You can have the Pentateuch on your Bible and the Psalms. On these books, every Jew who ever lived believes in them as Scriptures (including Jesus). Starting from there, tell me why Matthew and Mark are part of the Bible and the Passion Gospel of Peter and the Infancy Gospel of James are not.
Jesus gave His church the authority. You rejected Christ when you rejected the Church's authority to teach what is right and wrong. Timothy 3:15 says, "If I am delayed, you will know how people ought to conduct themselves in God's household, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and foundation of the truth".
Just remember what the Bible said, " that Church is the Pilar of the Truth, and not everything that Jesus thought and revealed to the Apostoles is in the Bible, who has it? The Church that you just left, and Christ left for you and your salvation.
This guy is the exact reason there is a strip mall religion on every corner. He has turned the Bible into a weapon against others. So glad I am Catholic!
1 Peter 1:20 He indeed was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you Yes His blood is precious…. But where was His blood before “In the beginning”, before the foundation of the universe and earth
No argument there and every profit through out time said the same thing but the fact is Jesus is a messiah and a messenger of god and not god him self or his son and his miracles birth is for the Jews to believe he is the messiah because Jews would not believe in anyone claiming he is a prophet unless he preform some divine miracles and Jesus did that
@@mohammedabuzahrieh5312Jesus is God made flesh. He descended down into His creation and limited Himself to human form to live the perfect life that we failed to lead. To be a human example of what He demands from us. He is not a prophet, He is God! He claimed this Himself, and the fact that He rose from the dead proves it. If Jesus was a liar, then God would not have allowed Him to rise from the dead. The fact that Jesus rose proves that He resurrected Himself, because He is God.
@@mohammedabuzahrieh5312 Jesus said he was God multiple times and was called God multiple times. For example, in John 10:30, Jesus said, “I and the Father are one.” The Jews who heard Him make that statement knew well that He was claiming to be God, as witnessed by their reaction: “His Jewish opponents picked up stones to stone him” (John 10:31). When He asked them why they were attempting to stone Him, they said, “For blasphemy, because you, a mere man, claim to be God” (John 10:33). Stoning was the penalty for blasphemy (Leviticus 24:16), and the Jews plainly accused Jesus of claiming to be God. Jesus made another statement claiming to be God when He said, “Very truly I tell you, . . . before Abraham was born, I am!” (John 8:58). The Jews, upon hearing Him, clearly understood that He was claiming preexistence and, more than that, to be Yahweh, the great “I AM” of Exodus 3:14. On this occasion, too, they tried to stone Him for blasphemy. The Gospel of John begins with a statement of Jesus’ deity: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God” (John 1:1, emphasis added). In verse 14, John identifies the Word: “The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.” John is affirming that the Word (Jesus) is God, and He left heaven to come to earth in the form of a man to live with men and display the glory of God the Father. Jesus’ deity is recognized throughout the New Testament. Paul eagerly awaited “the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ” (Titus 2:13) and encouraged us to do the same. Both Paul and John declared that Jesus created the universe (John 1:3; Colossians 1:16-17), yet Genesis 1:1 clearly says that God created the heavens and the earth. This can only mean that Jesus is God. Even God the Father referred to Jesus as God: “About the Son he says, ‘Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever’” (Hebrews 1:8, quoting Psalm 45:6).
Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. We don't disagree with that, but Jesus also said; Timothy 3:15 says, "If I am delayed, you will know how people ought to conduct themselves in God's household, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and foundation of the truth". Jesus said here that, the Church will teach and guide us since it is the pillar and foundation of the TRUTH. If Jesus is the WAY, how can you reject His instructions to follow the Church's teachings? With just that verse alone, Jesus already gave the Authority to His Church to guide his people.
Exactly- it’s not “belief in Jesus”, it’s THROUGH Jesus - a poor analogy would be when you turn a tap on the water comes through the pipe- you don’t have to believe in the pipe.
Giving my life to Jesus Christ was the greatest moment in my life. I still get choked up in tears of joy as I'm typing this comment right now. Please continue to pray for the lost to be found in the mighty name of Jesus Christ 💗🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏. Amen! Love you all 💕
Actually the catholic bishop it's right: Romans 2: 13-15 13 For merely listening to the law doesn’t make us right with God. It is obeying the law that makes us right in his sight. 14 Even Gentiles, who do not have God’s written law, show that they know his law when they instinctively obey it, even without having heard it. 15 They demonstrate that God’s law is written in their hearts, for their own conscience and thoughts either accuse them or tell them they are doing right
YOU DONT LIVE LIKE A MUTT EITHER stop repeating that lie THAT YOU ARE NOTHING BUT A SINNER THAT CAN ONLY BE SAVED BY GRACE for if you believe that then YOU CANT STOP SINNING
You’d think he would feel relieved ! He’s been doing it the really hard way all this time back to all the old laws. Too bad the Truth is not being spoken to him.
Not according to the Catholic Church it would be unjust and Catholics believe in Gods justice mercy and love . Sola Scripture is fundamentalist belief that condemns people who have never heard of Jesus to hell. Illogical belief in a God who died on a Cross for everyone not just fundamentalist s.

I want to thank Almighty God for reminding me, through this channel, that my salvation is not based on anything I have done or will ever do, it's ALL about what Christ Jesus did on the cross!
The Bible says otherwise. It says very clearly in James 2:14-26 that "faith without works is dead." Works without faith does nothing for salvation. Salvation comes from Christ for sure, but we are taught that we are to live a Christ like life, and that means MORE than faith alone.
The “Bishop” leaving out the BIG part of John 3:16 is telling. For God so love the world that he gave His only begotten son the WHOSOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM SHALL NOT PERISH but have eternal Life. Great “comfort” for non believers to cling to the fact that God is Love…He is… but believing He is Love without Believing in Jesus, accepting His gift of Salvation, and trusting that He alone can save will leave you separated from God. 🙏🏾

@@kevinblackwellwelder Was the criminal on the cross beside Jesus water baptized? No. Is he in the kingdom of God? Yes. No, water baptism is an outward sign of an inward change and is not required for salvation, but suggested. I rest my case.
@@user-d8r9v Wrong! Don't rest your case until you learn the truth, the thief is NOT in Heaven. Jesus merely told him he would be resurrected during Christ's Kingdom rule of the 1,000 years. He is still dead in the grave and his future resurrection will be on earth.
@djparsons7363 Jesus said to the thief, "this day you will be with me in paradise.". Jesus didn't institute the JW kingdom hall if that's the doctrine you preach. As jw doctrine began after the millerite movement not after Jesus Christ.
Not everything he said was true. He said that those who have never heard about Jesus will go to hell. What about babies when they die, do they go to hell? They never heard about Jesus. Of course not. Jesus died for them also. Their names are written in the Lamb Book of Life. Now, if they had lived and heard the gospel but rejected it and died, their names will be blocked out of the Book of Life. I do believe in the eternal security of the believer, but those who don't will point you to that verse about someone can be blocked out, that's why I mentioned it for those who never heard about Jesus.
If I may humbly add one thing: yes only Christ’s grace can save you, but that isn’t free license to sin. Because of his gift, we should do good to please God. That’s the Holy Spirit working in you.
His grace alone is a license to overcome sin! If people think grace is a license to sin then I would totally question whether they have truly accepted Christ. Sin becomes abhorrent and alien to the true believer. That's not to say they won't sin but their perspective and attitude towards it changes because of the new nature that Christ imparts on being born again. Through Him in us we have license to finally overcome sin. Selah
Romans 6 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? 2 Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it? 3 Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? 4 Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

@@oreally8605 You are certainly welcome to believe and profess whatever you want to believe, there are plenty of differing beliefs in the world today. Therefore, if it wasn't the Catholic/Orthodox church, guided by the Holy Spirit, that compiled the 27 books of the NT in the 4th century, with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and preserved these scriptures by laboriously hand copying them over and over throughout the centuries before the invention of the printing press, the “rule of faith” for many, please tell us who did? @@elmexicanfighter4049 What good works did the thief on the cross do after he had a death bed conversion? Oh that's right: none. He was too busy dying. Works are not *NECESSARY* for salvation. As you said, they are the fruits of our faith, but they are not necessary. They're merely a verification of the fact that we have changed our ways. They do nothing to get you into heaven.
The verse in James "Faith without works is dead", for a long time I thought that it meant that we have no faith or we lose our faith if we don't perform works, but it's not. Faith is alive and by having good faith you will perform good works, not because you have to, but because you want to. Like works are a result of having good faith, it shows that our faith is very much alive, the more faith we have the more works we see and want to perform, but we never lose our salvation no matter how small of faith as long as we accept Jesus' sacrifice that he made for us because he paid the price for our sins, now and forever because he loves us. It makes me feel so unworthy because it's such an unfair trade, but that's what makes his love so powerful and one of the many things that makes him such an amazing father. We can thank him every day for opening our eyes again, for creating us, for the many blessings and chances he's given us, the mercy he has shown, we can talk to him constantly through prayer, perform many works, and read our Bibles but I don't think I will ever feel worthy for what he did for us. It makes me always want to serve him because no matter what I do it still doesn't feel like it's enough, so as long as we have an eternity to look forward to with him, I'll have time to try to make it up as best that I can even though I know he doesn't care about that because there are no debts when it comes to love. Maybe that's what keeps us trying to have a stronger relationship with him, it seems like that's what he wants most. All of these events throughout history like Moses' exodus, Elijah, and Jeremiah, God could have done it himself, but he wanted us to be part of his plan. Just like when we return with him on the Day of the Lord, he doesn't need our help, he's more than capable but he wants us to be included in his plans, it's just amazing. The entire Bible actually, he could have had the book created in ten billion copies in a split second with everything that he finds important to us, but he let us be such an important part. He's the best, beyond amazing. I wish that I had the vocabulary to give him more credit, so I'll just leave it as a perfect, loving, and merciful father.
We’re not just saved from sin. We’re given the power to be righteous by Christ, since it’s His righteousness we need. We cannot get His righteousness by our own efforts, it is given to us and shows up by the changes that we know we failed to make many times, however hard we tried.
Vatican ll and the Bible come from the same source… History shows us that Jesus didn't leave us a bible, - the apostles didn't tell us which books belong in the bible, - the church fathers never agreed on the 27 books of the NT through the 4th century and ONLY the 27 books, - not only did they not agree but their individual lists of would-be NT canons were GROWING during this time. And if this church no longer exists today, what good is the text which came forth from her if she couldn't sustain herself? Peace!!!
Vatican II was a Ecumenical Church Council that in a way continued the work of Vatican I (suspended due to the Franco-Prussian war) in which Bishops, Theologians and Laity provided input over a period of 3 years). The Magisterium teachings are all based on Sacred Scripture. Read these, both for the head and the heart. Yet, when John MacArthur, or John Henry or any other protestant (most not in communion with each other) deliver exegesis on one or several verses, then their words are “gospel”? As St Paul argues rhetorically and answers “Absolutely not”
You know so do I. I watch them much. But I would like to share with you a pastor that is very good. If you have not heard of him already. His name is Allen Nolan. He has so many video sermons out. for me, I love my GOD with all my heart that I cannot stop watching these videos. Check him out and you will be surprised as well. GOD bless you, in the name of JESUS. Amen.
Calvinism is just a shorthand for what the Bible teaches on God's sovereignty, The authority and sufficiency of scripture, and the way of salvation. It's consistent with and follows from how those men interpret the Bible. Don't be intimidated by other peoples false claims
Cessationist or not, Catholic or not, whatever. In any case it is foolish and anti-biblical to reject everything a teacher says merely because of a particular perceived flaw in their doctrine or life. The Bible teaches to test everything and hold fast to what is good, not to throw out the baby with the bath water. So even this Catholic preaching an errant heretical gospel may yet have something valuable to offer... even if only to serve as an example of placing traditions of men alongside the word of God.
@@cosmictreason2242 Just because God knows who will accept Him at the end of the day does not mean that free will is irrelevant. He can see every potential future and each of the infinite possibilities that come from a single choice made. Every future has the same end result of Satan being cast into the Lake of Fire but the method leading up to it varies depending on how men act up to that point. The Elect are not pre-ordained to salvation, the Elect are those that use their God-given free will to pursue a life that aligns with Him and His Will aka Christians who follow His Commandments.
Thankful to God for pastor MacArthur, you brother John Henry and for ALL of God’s true pastor’s and teachers standing boldly proclaiming His most precious Holy words without compromising. And to God be the glory in it all! Thanks for sharing brother John Henry.
There is difference between standing boldly and standing ignorantly or, standing ignorantly with intention. This sort of preaching is a distortion of the most high - Word.
You have wisdom from God. Deception is the portal. The Lamb of God is Jesus, HIS BLOOD takes away the SIN of the WORLD! Restores..Forgives...and it's daily We have to ask Him to create a clean heart in us and renew us!
Any church, institution or person (except ofcourse Christ)that says that without them there is no salvation should be avoided. A gift is a gift, no one can earn salvation, the end!
So you're saying Jesus lied when he said him and his church are one? Romans 12:5 “so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another.”

The bible is clear on who the bride of Christ is.
I'm 62 years old and the youngest in my family. I came to Christ 5 months ago. All my family are Jehovah's Witnesses and I knew they were wrong. I tried a few different places but found them all false. It doesn't take a Bible scholar to work out the truth. I don't go to a church as there isn't one around me that goes from the Bible without adding to it. What I mean is, adding their laws and ways. Trust in Jesus and have faith in him alone and he will shine the light and show you the way. Without faith in Jesus, you are walking around in the dark all alone. Glory to his name Amen 🙏
Praise the Lord for him delivering you from that situation. I know that it can be difficult for a former Jahovah’s Witness to even want to hear the gospel after leaving. I thank the Lord that he kept your heart pointing towards him as you left that misguided church. Welcome to the family. Stay strong in the Lord!
@@believethegospel9788 There isn't one near me. They are all doing acts that are ungodly. I was told before they baptize me I have to answer their questions, fill out a form, and then sign up to be a member of their church. I asked them where that was in the Bible. I also said "I don't sign up or conform to any man. I won't be signing anything or joining YOUR church. I'm with Christ. Not been back since. That was on the 18th last month.
@@robertlilly1751 I was never a JW, my family are. I looked into it and knew it was a cult and a very dangerous one at that. They think Jesus is Michael the Archangel, because of one scripture. "And he will come with the sound of an archangel" oh, I said, is he coming as a trumpet as well?" he is coming with the sound of a trumpet" I asked them "who raised Jesus after 3 days" They said 'Jehovah' I said look at John 2:19 in the NWT where JESUS said "Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up." I have used their NWT Bible to prove Jesus is God in a few scriptures and they won't have it. Jehovah Jehovah Jehovah Jehovah Keep repeating that over and over again and the brainwashing begins. I think they fear saying 'the Lord' or 'heavenly father' or even God. They are brainwashed into saying Jehovah. They are better known as 'Jehovah of the watchtower' I asked then why they have two God's. They say "we don't" John 1:1 big God, little god and the word was (a) god if the word was a God, even just a little God then you have two Gods. Look at the interlinear bible and show yourselves it's not got the (a) in it. it's "and the word was God" They changed it because of John1:14 and the word became flesh and lived amongst us. Thank you Lord for shinning that light and coming to find me. It took you 62 years to take me home. Glory to his name Amen
@@oldmanonamission8055 About 400 BC, the Jews banned pronouncing YHWH out loud. By 200 BC, they forgot how to say it because written Hebrew didn’t have vowels. About that time, they changed their minds and wanted priests to say the name in prayer. So, they used the vowels from Adonai to get Yahowah. Yahowah was transliterated into Greek, which didn’t have a Y, then into Latin. When it was finally transliterated into English, it became Jehovah. So, the very word that JWs made critical to their religion isn’t even the actual word.
Thank you deeply from my heart for making this video 🙏🏼 I pray it reaches many who are lost in false religions. To break the yoke of confusion by man & lies of satan. To be replaced by true freedom, in Christ alone.
As a person raised in the Catholic church, I'm so grateful to The Holy Spirit opening my eyes to the truth of the Scripture and showed me the Lordship of Christ is the only way. Not by any works which I always felt short of God's acceptance.
The key word to note in the Bishop's answer is that they CAN be saved; he isn't saying that they will for sure be saved. The Catholic view is that no one gets to heaven by being a good Buddhist, or Hindu or another religion that doesn't believe in Jesus, but that it is possible for those who have never had the chance to read the Bible or hear the Gospel. If said people are saved it is in spite of their religious beliefs and as Bishop Robert Baron states, it is through the grace of Christ that they are saved. Catholics believe that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, like all other Christians and this answer does not contradict that truth.
that's the point the scripture says you CANT. so if the bishop is going against scripture he will be condemned. you MUST be born of water and spirit in otherwards being born again to inherit the Kingdom of God.
@@GodLRCN Put things in chronological order and remember who was speaking and who was their audience. John the Baptizer, Jesus and the 12 had a ministry to the nation of Israel only. Matthew 10:5. Jesus and His 12 taught repentance plus water baptism. But they only taught that to Jews!! After Israel as a nation rejected Christ, He, and His Kingship was removed from Israel. God the Father took him home. No more Messiah, no more Kingdom, no more King. At least not for now. All this is laid out in the Book of Acts. About this time, God saved Paul, and appointed him the Apostle to the Gentiles. Paul revealed a mystery, revealed to him alone from heaven by the Lord Jesus Christ. That mystery is that now Gentiles AND Jews could be saved simply by accepting the Gospel of Grace. Paul preached the death and resurrection of Christ was the payment for the sins of the world. The 12 did not preach that! See the difference? Jews=repent and be baptized, accept Jesus as Messiah. Paul=Accept that Jesus was crucified for your sins and was raised again, to life. Nothing more required. Paul actually had go to Jerusalem and authenticate his Gospel to the 12. They accepted it, and Peter authorized it. God Bless.
I am a Catholic and I believe the pastor is more correct than the priest about entering into heaven. Specially, if you read the passages about entering through the narrow gate, many, many, many will not make it into heaven either by their own rejection or ignorance.
If you are really saved the Holy Spirit will make you denounce the abomination known as the Catholic church. Do you understand that you are not saved by works? Being a 'good person" and promoting "good virtues" doesn't get one into heaven. Humans cannot pave their own way into heaven. Only through Jesus Christ can salvation be obtained. This is extremely heartbreaking to hear someone say. Especially someone who has an extremely huge following as Ben has. So many souls lead astray. My prayers go up for these people. 🙏
Ben is not leading anyone astray. Ben has zero hostility towards Christians. He welcomes intellectually honest conversations with Christians. He is best friends with devout Christians.
@@jerrytang3146 : Simple. God presents Himself in other ways. The word of God is crystal clear on that precise issue. God states that man is without excuse. Since it is impossible for God to lie that means only one thing. God makes clear to every living human being exactly what they have to do.
For myself one of the most frightening verses in the Bible Matthew 7:23 - And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. 🙏😇
Yes, this goes along with "faith without works is dead." It recalls that man sees the outward appearance, but God knows the hearts of all even if we don't know ourselves. Authenticity. Do you only say what you say and do what you do to appear to meet some expectation of people? Or do you truly allow Truth incarnate to change you and guide your decisions? "Know the tree by its fruit... no fruit, burn the tree." But also, "he leaves the 99 to save the 1." Only God is perfect to judge. It is ours only to follow as sincerely as we can, even when it costs us dearly.
It some ways it is strange that Ben would ask a RC this question since they were instrumental in persecuting the Jews for almost 2 centuries. The inquisitions did not end until the late 1900's. A lot of the anti-Semitism that is rampant and growing in the church comes out of the RCC and other Orthodoxy's going back to the 4 century. According to the Apostle who wrote most of the NT we should by our lives provoke the Jews to jealousy. We can do out part by praying for Ben and others to have the vail removed so they can hear the Truth in Love. Never forget that Christianity is a Jewish religion and by the Grace of God we get grafted in and are the other sheep fold Jesus spoke of.
Mr. Shapiro, "For I tell you, unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven." Matthew 5:20, the words of Jesus. From the Old Testament, "But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away." Isaiah 64:6. Please dont make the mistake of relying on yourself, Jesus is the only way. And Praise God for moving in Charlie's life! And thank God for faithful men and women that present the Gospel.
HIs first quote of John 3:16 at the 20 second mark tells us all we need to know about the bishop. Bishops' quote "God so loved the world He gave His only son that we might find eternal life." Actual John 3:16 says God so loved the world He gave His only son that whoever believes on Him will have eternal life. Big difference.

@@kristy-z3l Yes I did, I am catholic and the catholic doctrine does not contradict the word of god. It enhances and clarifies it just like the apostolic letters. That is the whole point. I once stood against the catholic church until I shed my pride and listened to the authority given to St. Peter and his successor. That is the key, literary given by Christ himself. And it is beautiful... I will never go back. God bless his church and our lady.
@@davidhirt9129 : There are some catholics that are saved. However the message of salvation through the Blood of The Christ is not the main thrust of the Catholic Church. Furthermore, the Catholic Church has been infiltrated by marxists. In fact, the Bible refers to the leadership as Nicolaitans and they are doomed. Additionally it is important to understand that while every Christian is a saved person not every saved person is a Christian. Very important.
The apostle wrote in the scripture, Not by works of righteousness we have done but according to His mercy He saves us! Salvation is thru Jesus the Christ and Him alone. No other name under heaven whereby men must be saved but thru Christ alone.
God's standard is perfection, no one is perfect except for God. No matter how "good" of a life you lead it can never compare, thus the atoning sacrifice of Christ, who became our sin for us so that we can become his righteousness. Soli Deo Gloria.
Hello Sir, I'm seeking the answer too. Could you pls help me to learn that how to get into heaven? I know we should repent our sins & believe in Jesus, follow Him. What about baptism? Is it crucial for salvation?
I would open up your Bible and read all of Acts but specifically chapter 16 answers your question. Other scripture will be helpful to you as well, remember to read in context. For example, in the Gospel of John Jesus makes a clear distinction between salvation and discipleship.

“And he brought them out and said, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?” So they said, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.” Then they spoke the word of the Lord to him and to all who were in his house. And he took them the same hour of the night and washed their stripes. And immediately he and all his family were baptized. Now when he had brought them into his house, he set food before them; and he rejoiced, having believed in God with all his household.” Acts 16:30-34 NKJV
Way too many people are asking someone else to tell them what the Scriptures teach. The best way to understand what the Scriptures teach is to read it for oneself. After diligently reading and studying the Scriptures for myself I learned way more than I did from any preacher in any pulpit. Let us do what the Puritans did. They strongly encouraged each other to acquire a Bible for themselves and then to read and study it for themselves.
Proper interpretation of the Bible requires intimate knowledge of the times during which it was written. This is why we have churches and seminaries, and other repositories of Biblical history. They are a storehouse of the additional knowledge necessary to interpret the Bible. For instance.. A former co-worker, a born again Christian, insists that alcohol consumption is evil, and at Cana, Jesus turned the water into grape juice, not wine. He also believes grape juice was served at the last supper. But a knowledge of history and tradition shows that the people of Jesus's time didn't have refrigeration. Grapes would ferment. 2000 years from now, do you think the letters MAGA in a book would mean anything to someone lacking context? This is why interpreting the Good Book by oneself, without other references is dangerous. And keep in mind.. God did not move the hands of scripture writers. He gave the writer's some license to present the Word in their own way.
I think people get confused over semantics. We are saved by the Lord's grace, as plainly stated, no doubt. However, we must also obey the Lord and have the fruit of repentance and God's grace and mercy. Belief alone, is not enough. Faith without godly action is dead. Demons believe and know Jesus is the Son of God, but they are not saved because of their lack of obedience. So, we believe and receive grace from Christ alone, but then we must live a life of faithful action in the Lord. A life of obedience. Trust in Jesus. Follow Him and the Bible.
We are saved and Justified by FAITH IN JESUS ALONE! It is him who deems us righteous based on our faith in him, not by our filthy rags of our own self-righteousness. WE are the problem, not him. WE are the ones needing saving, not him. HE is the savior, not ourselves. Our faith in him to save us being the sinners we are is all we need to have salvation, no sacraments, no physical outward acts of “righteousness”, just our FAITH, and belief, and TRUST in him 100% to save us. Jesus himself was asked this question, and guess he said? 28Then they said to him, “What must we do, to be doing the works of God?” 29Jesus answered them, “This is the work of God, that you BELIEVE in him whom he has sent.” BELIEVE IN THE LORD JESUS AND YOU SHALL BE SAVED
A church didn’t die for us. It is the shed blood of Jesus Christ which takes away our sin. That blood is what GOD required. Read God’s Word. It is called scripture. The Bible. Ye must be born again, not religious.
@@francoisroy349Christ is king not the church Bro. Christ died not the church. Christ is the king not the church fathers. If anyone dies without Christ they’re in hell.
I humbly yet strongly challenge the ending of Pastor John MacArthur's statement on who goes to heaven. He States rather matter of factly that anyone who never hears the name of Jesus or the gospel will automatically be in hell. I have issue with that. We don't know exactly how God will bestow his Justice and Grace to those that never hear the gospel. I am on the side that there will be recipients of God's grace that never have the opportunity to respond to the gospel.
I too have often thought about this and I read Romans awhile ago and it hit me. Romans 1:20 "For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities-his eternal power and divine nature-have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse." I don't believe God punishes people for rejecting Jesus if they never heard of Jesus. You cant eat an apple if you didn't know there were apples. Babies have no knowledge of Jesus yet such as they are the kingdom of God. But when you reach a certain age of understanding then you better repent and follow Jesus because he is the only way.
Repentance. I have yet to hear this channel speak about repentance. Repentance was not mentioned in this video 9:03 (nor in previous videos regarding salvation). Without preaching repentance, it is just a partial message. I cannot share this video because it is incomplete. Why is repentance ignored? ❗️Jesus preached repentance: • “I tell you, no, but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish.” Luke 13:3 • “I tell you, no, but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish.” Luke 13:5 • “Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of God, and saying, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel.” Mark 1:15
James 2:14-26 Faith without works is dead. I take this to mean that since we are saved by Grace, the way to show God we have faith in his son and HIS word, we do acts of worship (works) when we put into practice what we profess to be the Truth. If someone tells you in the street, I am so hungry please give me something to eat, we should not only say , I’ll pray for you my friend, you should also take them to go eat a sandwich ( of course, you should pay for it) because faith without the work of the ministry, is dead!!! Get it? King David once said, “I will not give anything onto my God that which did not cost me a thing.” So let us prove we are saved by Grace by practicing our faith with works. This is for someone reading this right now. Shalom.
MacArthur is a bigot. Strait up bigot. God can save anyone He chooses. If you mean to tell me everyone who predates a knowledge of Christ is going to Hell, there is something wrong with you.
1:15 it is interesting that Ben Shapiro lists off all of his good deeds to defend himself. It's almost like God knew that humans would do this to work their own salvation
I was hungry, thirsty, naked, and you feed me, gave me water, clothed me? doesn´t that look like works to you?.. if it doesn´t i don´t know what really God wants from you if it´s not good works.
‘Follow your conscience and you will be saved’. Everyone follows their conscience; this universalism. Even murderers, homosexuals, adulterers, thieves, well EVERYONE follows their own conscience. So eat, drink, and be merry for tomorrow you die and go directly to heaven, or limbo, or purgatory. Or somewhere better than hell, anyway. I’m sticking with “no man comes unto the Father but by Me” and “this day you shall be with Me in paradise”.
James 2:14-26 New American Bible (Revised Edition) 14 What good is it, my brothers, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can that faith save him? 15 If a brother or sister has nothing to wear and has no food for the day, 16 and one of you says to them, “Go in peace, keep warm, and eat well,” but you do not give them the necessities of the body, what good is it? 17 So also faith of itself, if it does not have works, is dead. 18 Indeed someone may say, “You have faith and I have works.” Demonstrate your faith to me without works, and I will demonstrate my faith to you from my works. 19 You believe that God is one. You do well. Even the demons believe that and tremble. 20 Do you want proof, you ignoramus, that faith without works is useless? 21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered his son Isaac upon the altar? 22 You see that faith was active along with his works, and faith was completed by the works. 23 Thus the scripture was fulfilled that says, “Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness,” and he was called “the friend of God.” 24 See how a person is justified by works and not by faith alone. 25 And in the same way, was not Rahab the harlot also justified by works when she welcomed the messengers and sent them out by a different route? 26 For just as a body without a spirit is dead, so also faith without works is dead.

Jer 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
Jer 31:32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by husband unto them, saith the LORD:
Jer 31:33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
(John 1:49, Acts 2:36)
We are not come to Mount Sinai in Hebrews 12:18.

There are no good people, all fall short of the Glory of God, Jesus is the Way, the Truth, the Life, no man comes to the Father except through Him
Jesus said that even He was not 'Good,' only God was good.
Jesus is not good? Is He not people? Maybe don't fall into Arian Heresy while you spew your man-made traditions...
@@pegatheetoo1437when did Jesus say that? Do you understand words when you read them?
@@jpanduezadlf Do YOU know the Bible?! Mark 10:18. You really shouldn't insult people when you haven't researched the truth. Makes you seem ... silly!
@@pegatheetoo1437 not knowing what the verses you're quoting say makes you seem... silly.
This is Mark 10:18, can you show me where does Jesus say He is not "good"?
"'Why do you call me good?' Jesus answered. 'No one is good-except God alone.'"
Now, you claim Jesus is saying He is not good in this verse...
But don't discard James because it says that faith alone profits *nothing* while Paul says that we're saved by faith apart from works *of the Law.*
I'll give you a break.
This is why after my conversion to true BIBLICAL Christianity 18 years ago - God shut the door on Roman Catholicism for me.
IOW, it was a no brainer to see them as they are in reality by the light of Christ.

There is a reason Christ descended down to hell when he died.
"I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and none may come to the Father but by Me."
Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. We don't disagree with that, but Jesus also said;
Timothy 3:15 says, "If I am delayed, you will know how people ought to conduct themselves in God's household, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and foundation of the truth".
Jesus said here that, the Church will teach and guide us since it is the pillar and foundation of the TRUTH. If Jesus is the WAY, how can you reject His instructions to follow the Church's teachings? With just that verse alone, Jesus already gave the Authority to His Church to guide his people.

His grace alone is a license to overcome sin! If people think grace is a license to sin then I would totally question whether they have truly accepted Christ. How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it? 3 Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? 4 Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

works are indeed neccesary as they are the fruit of faith, return to catholicism ❤
@@elmexicanfighter4049works without faith are dead. Works do not bring salvation. We are saved by grace, bestowed by God through Christ's atoning death. We bring nothing to our salvation except our depraved self, but faith brings salvation, which brings justification, that brings love, and produces works because we die to ourselves and Christ lives in us.
Thank you for the loving way you put all this. I love hearing a real man teach it correctly.
Sola Scripture is false
One way one salvation, through Jesus Christ we are saved 🙏🏼 I trust Jesus Christ 💯%🙏🏼 for my salvation 🙏🏼
We’re not just saved from sin. We’re given the power to be righteous by Christ, since it’s His righteousness we need. We cannot get His righteousness by our own efforts, it is given to us and shows up by the changes that we know we failed to make many times, however hard we tried.

Catholic you left. Out that whosoever believeth on Him. Mot everyone .in John 3:16
John you must be born again in water and spirit a command from JESUS. JOHN 3;5. IS GOD IM ERROR NEVER. THIS S REAL FAITH IN CHRIST.
What bible is that on. Grace alone is not sufficient you must have faith. You left that out also
You said it clearly: it’s not “what Vatican II” says but rather “what Scripture says.” This hurts my heart for so many.
Vatican ll and the Bible come from the same source…
History shows us that Jesus didn't leave us a bible, - the apostles didn't tell us which books belong in the bible, - the church fathers never agreed on the 27 books of the NT through the 4th century and ONLY the 27 books, - not only did they not agree but their individual lists of would-be NT canons were GROWING during this time.
And if this church no longer exists today, what good is the text which came forth from her if she couldn't sustain herself?
Peace!!!
Exactly, all these alternate religions have there roots in the Holy Catholic church. @@srich7503

They’re both Calvanists?! I really like Voddie 😢

About 400 BC, the Jews banned pronouncing YHWH out loud.

You put this answer perfectly. Jesus Christ is the only way to receive forgiveness from God the father Amen .
God Bless.

I hope that is the case, but it doesn't seem as though he is searching it all. He is a little too proud of his religious acumen.
Yes Isaiah 53- Ben has had John MacArthur on his show and believe Pastor John explained it to him very clearly
Not, nobody is seeking for God . Romans 3 10
Mr. Shapiro,
"For I tell you, unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven." Matthew 5:20, the words of Jesus.

Only truth will set you free in Christ Jesus❤
Thank you brother and Merry Christmas,
I think people get confused over semantics.
28Then they said to him, “What must we do, to be doing the works of God?” 29Jesus answered them, “This is the work of God, that you BELIEVE in him whom he has sent.”
BELIEVE IN THE LORD JESUS AND YOU SHALL BE SAVED

What awesome videos... Thank you so much
I humbly yet strongly challenge the ending of Pastor John MacArthur's statement on who goes to heaven.
Romans 1:20 "For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities-his eternal power and divine nature-have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse."
I don't believe God punishes people for rejecting Jesus if they never heard of Jesus. You cant eat an apple if you didn't know there were apples. Babies have no knowledge of Jesus yet such as they are the kingdom of God.
But when you reach a certain age of understanding then you better repent and follow Jesus because he is the only way.
Amen brother

Repentance. I have yet to hear this channel speak about repentance. Repentance was not mentioned in this video 9:03 (nor in previous videos regarding salvation).
Without preaching repentance, it is just a partial message. I cannot share this video because it is incomplete. Why is repentance ignored?
❗️Jesus preached repentance:
• “I tell you, no, but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish.” Luke 13:3
• “I tell you, no, but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish.” Luke 13:5
• “Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of God, and saying, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel.” Mark 1:15
Do you know what repentance means?

I take this to mean that since we are saved by Grace, the way to show God we have faith in his son and HIS word, we do acts of worship (works) when we put into practice what we profess to be the Truth. If someone tells you in the street, I am so hungry please give me something to eat, we should not only say , I’ll pray for you my friend, you should also take them to go eat a sandwich ( of course, you should pay for it) because faith without the work of the ministry, is dead!!! Get it?
King David once said, “I will not give anything onto my God that which did not cost me a thing.”
So let us prove we are saved by Grace by practicing our faith with works. This is for someone reading this right now. Shalom.
Jesus said that He is the way, the truth and the light, and no one comes to the Father except by Him.
😊
Life, I think.
Thank you John Henry.
What a blessing you are! I am so grateful for your Godly obedience and ministry. So how do we receive James 2:17-26 " Faith without works is dead."
The Lord bless John Macarthur, he fearlessly speaks the truth in compassion and love
But he excluded Rev 20:11-14
MacArthur is a bigot. Strait up bigot. God can save anyone He chooses. If you mean to tell me everyone who predates a knowledge of Christ is going to Hell, there is something wrong with you.
1:15 it is interesting that Ben Shapiro lists off all of his good deeds to defend himself. It's almost like God knew that humans would do this to work their own salvation
I was hungry, thirsty, naked, and you feed me, gave me water, clothed me? doesn´t that look like works to you?.. if it doesn´t i don´t know what really God wants from you if it´s not good works.
GOD says HE IS THE WAY TRUTH AND LIFE ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
‘Follow your conscience and you will be saved’.
James 2:14-26
New American Bible (Revised Edition)
14 What good is it, my brothers, if someone says he has faith but does not have works?
