God bless you Ray! I’ve recently been reading Daniel 12, Jesus is coming so soon guys. In Daniel 12 we are given two timeframes. First, “1290 days” from the time the temple sacrifice is stopped until the abomination is set up. Jerusalem was invaded in 598 BC and exactly 1290 years later the Muslim Dome of the Rock is established in 692 AD. The second number is “1335 days” from this point, which is the year 2027.
Ray I want to share a video with a man whose oldest son just committed suicide. 5 years ago he also lost his youngest. Out of 3 sons he’s got one left now. He’s a dentist his wife has blasphemed the Holy Spirit. By saying horrible things about the Eucharist and God. She mocks everything that has to do with Christianity. There is something very dark about her. But he has shown some slight appreciation for my mother praying for his family. Is there any video that comes to mind that I can send him?

Hi! I am a newly Catholic Christian. I would recommend you becoming Catholic and talking to a priest about the Sacrament of Reconciliation. This is the Sacrament Jesus instituted in John 20:23 where, after his Resurrection, he says to His Apostles, “If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them; if you withhold forgiveness from any, it is withheld.” I recommend the book, “The Early Church Was the Catholic Church” by Joe Heschmeyer.

Reading comprehension is paramount with the words of Jesus, I agree with you that He said what He meant, and meant what He said. But, what did He say? He said "this generation" now in English (the hodge podge of languages) "this" doesn't help us a lot here, so we need to look to what was translated, and "houtos" is that word (same word in Matt 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21) and it's nominative, it's not 2nd person, so you have to look to who it's nominating. So, I'm not here to argue preterist views, I'm far more concerned about what you take from Christ's cross than His return coming/s. But the "this generation" line is not definitely defining preterism. As a matter of fact in Matt 24 Jesus tells the disciples 25 versus earlier that they would be killed, "shall kill you" -Jesus/Yeshua. And then goes on to address in third person for most of the rest of the recorded dialog til He gets to "this generation" (be careful with the word "ye" or whatever word your translated version preferences may use there in its place) like I said, I'm not here to argue preterism, (The Gospel is what's important to me, I'd enjoy hearing your thoughts on that subject as well) its just before we go around beating everyone else with scripture saying they're wrong it needs to be definitive. The closing statement of Jesus is paramount in this olivet Discourse, "And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch" He wasn't just speaking to The disciples.

I am so happy that I came across this. I am a practising Christian and had an intense religious experience on 12 Oct 2024. I am much more focussed on Jesus and ask prayers for my children who have lost their way. They believe but have not been able to step out of the enticements offered by the world.

After His 2nd coming is the 1,000 Millennial reign of Christ on the earth, followed by eternity with the news heavens and new earth. 🙌✝️
I've been an atheist for 38 years and this year i finally opened up to belief. I used to use the same lines as some of these people, especially "how can there be a god who allows so much evil to happen on earth?" One thing that helped me answer that question, strangely enough, was a rap song by Dax (titled "gods eyes") in which he says "ive never seen God's eyes, but I've seen the devil's; he walks with men on earth at different levels" The evil in the world doesn't come from God, it comes from the heart of man being easily tempted by the deceiver.

He is the word... v 4 you are not in darkness that that day should overtake you as a thief (( talking to believers)) If we are keeping his commandments and laws esp keeping his Feasts as per leviticus 23 , which show you God's whole plan for man's salvation. I accepted Christ at age 7 in July 1986. Raised in a loving christian home with christian parents. I backslid in my early 20s and selfishly wanted to live my life my way. It took several years then in 2017 when I hit rock bottom I rededicated my life to Christ and have this new desire to live righteously for Christ. Ive repented and pray daily. Life is but a vapor in the wind. Our eternal life is more important than this one on earth
Mr. Comfort, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you have done throughout your life to rescue the lost. I've been watching your videos for about 8 or 9 years, now, and at the time of my life that I began to watch your TH-cam videos, I had been a Christian since the age of 11, but at the time had not been properly discipled. I can confidently say now that after watching you and how you graciously share the Gospel message with those who are lost and heading to Hell with so much zeal and love for them that it has made me desire to do the very same. I would love to be able to come to California with you and share the Gospel and allow people to hear my own testimony of how GOD has been gracious towards me by saving me from death on multiple occasions, and for bringing me through over 100 brain operations, spanning back to when I was 2 years old up until 2018, when I was 20 years old.
I was born at full term as a baby and was perfectly healthy. Somewhere around my 2nd birthday, my mother took me to see my pediatrician, who referred me to a neurosurgeon because of my large head circumference. Once having my brain imaged, doctors discovered that I had an arachnid cyst in my brain, requiring a shunt to be placed in my brain. After that was over, I was a normal kid growing up. I ran around and played with the other children, always did very well in school by being on the A-honor roll, and up until my stroke at the age of 9, I was also very athletic, playing baseball for 3 seasons. After I had my stroke in 2007, I continued having brain surgery after brain surgery, which affected me being able to get all of the rehabilitation that I needed to strengthen my leg back up, so I still have weakness in it today. I take life one day at a time because, as I've learned throughout all I've been through, you never know what tomorrow may hold. Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge HIM, and HE shall direct your path.

@@Unique_MonkJesus returned in 70AD? Don’t you think we’d know about and there would be documentation of just like we have with the New Testament? Also, the prophecy of Damascus says it will be rubble and never be a city again. The prophecy in Isaiah 17 is one that predicts events that will happens in the near future and further on in the in the future that are similar. It’s called a “dual fulfillment”. This is common with prophetic scripture. Watch videos and read books by Amir Tsarfati. He’s a Jewish Christian amazing teacher who understands Bible prophecy.

Sometimes, fear creeps in. Uncertainty. My mind starts racing, and I start to become overwhelmed. Then, a voice plays in my head. A very serious question. It goes, "Who sits on the throne?" And then I mentally answer, "Jesus, does." After that, my worry fades away, and peace takes its place.

Hi! I am a newly Catholic Christian. I would recommend you becoming Catholic and talking to a priest about the Sacrament of Reconciliation. This is the Sacrament Jesus instituted in John 20:23 where, after his Resurrection, he says to His Apostles, “If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them; if you withhold forgiveness from any, it is withheld.”
I recommend the book, “The Early Church Was the Catholic Church” by Joe Heschmeyer.

Reading comprehension is paramount with the words of Jesus, I agree with you that He said what He meant, and meant what He said. But, what did He say? He said "this generation" now in English (the hodge podge of languages) "this" doesn't help us a lot here, so we need to look to what was translated, and "houtos" is that word (same word in Matt 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21) and it's nominative, it's not 2nd person, so you have to look to who it's nominating.
So, I'm not here to argue preterist views, I'm far more concerned about what you take from Christ's cross than His return coming/s. But the "this generation" line is not definitely defining preterism. As a matter of fact in Matt 24 Jesus tells the disciples 25 versus earlier that they would be killed, "shall kill you" -Jesus/Yeshua. And then goes on to address in third person for most of the rest of the recorded dialog til He gets to "this generation" (be careful with the word "ye" or whatever word your translated version preferences may use there in its place) like I said, I'm not here to argue preterism, (The Gospel is what's important to me, I'd enjoy hearing your thoughts on that subject as well) its just before we go around beating everyone else with scripture saying they're wrong it needs to be definitive. The closing statement of Jesus is paramount in this olivet Discourse, "And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch" He wasn't just speaking to The disciples.

I've been an atheist for 38 years and this year i finally opened up to belief.
I used to use the same lines as some of these people, especially "how can there be a god who allows so much evil to happen on earth?"
One thing that helped me answer that question, strangely enough, was a rap song by Dax (titled "gods eyes") in which he says "ive never seen God's eyes, but I've seen the devil's; he walks with men on earth at different levels"
The evil in the world doesn't come from God, it comes from the heart of man being easily tempted by the deceiver.

I accepted Christ at age 7 in July 1986. Raised in a loving christian home with christian parents. I backslid in my early 20s and selfishly wanted to live my life my way. It took several years then in 2017 when I hit rock bottom I rededicated my life to Christ and have this new desire to live righteously for Christ. Ive repented and pray daily. Life is but a vapor in the wind. Our eternal life is more important than this one on earth

I can confidently say now that after watching you and how you graciously share the Gospel message with those who are lost and heading to Hell with so much zeal and love for them that it has made me desire to do the very same. I would love to be able to come to California with you and share the Gospel and allow people to hear my own testimony of how GOD has been gracious towards me by saving me from death on multiple occasions, and for bringing me through over 100 brain operations, spanning back to when I was 2 years old up until 2018, when I was 20 years old.

I was born at full term as a baby and was perfectly healthy. Somewhere around my 2nd birthday, my mother took me to see my pediatrician, who referred me to a neurosurgeon because of my large head circumference. Once having my brain imaged, doctors discovered that I had an arachnid cyst in my brain, requiring a shunt to be placed in my brain. After that was over, I was a normal kid growing up. I ran around and played with the other children, always did very well in school by being on the A-honor roll, and up until my stroke at the age of 9, I was also very athletic, playing baseball for 3 seasons. After I had my stroke in 2007, I continued having brain surgery after brain surgery, which affected me being able to get all of the rehabilitation that I needed to strengthen my leg back up, so I still have weakness in it today. I take life one day at a time because, as I've learned throughout all I've been through, you never know what tomorrow may hold. Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge HIM, and HE shall direct your path.

Also, the prophecy of Damascus says it will be rubble and never be a city again. The prophecy in Isaiah 17 is one that predicts events that will happens in the near future and further on in the in the future that are similar. It’s called a “dual fulfillment”. This is common with prophetic scripture. Watch videos and read books by Amir Tsarfati. He’s a Jewish Christian amazing teacher who understands Bible prophecy.
