My first e5 is a sherlock. He's not that great by himself in aspen dungeon or seal land. He's great in flame shrine with a suicidal tix. Also, he can deflect cc. that's pretty cool.
Yes, I think that was hugely important as well as that some 4 star heroes cannot go to 6 star. I would say try not to use 9 starable 4 star heroes to make 5 star heroes who cannot progress any further (e.g. don't use Thales to promote Headstriker unless you are sure it's ok).
As you mentioned Ibex again. He has a big dedicated self-made bot for IH and even a ps version. Maybe you could consider adding his Ask Aida bot on your discord server. It works great and has basically every infographics in it. This would support him the most.

Just for fun I'm starting a rangers only account as a F2P. Goal is to have Inosuke and Halora Queen E5 built in a year, fully Void upgraded (instead of a lineup with 3 E5). Will see how it goes cause basically E5 is easy if you take what the game wants you to build... Like I'm sure I will get gazillion Horus or Garuda copies I don't give a fig about. :-P

this is superr late but all of the heroes you mentioned should go as food. Most of them only help you as far as beginner level and with the current meta it's hard to say how far you'll go with them

I play idle heroes on my phone (ios) and when i downloaded bluestacks and tried to log in to my account i couldn't because bluestacks is google. is there a way to play on the same account on ios and pc???

Am i the only one who has never struggled for promotion stone? I always have a mad amount and have never bought any with gold or gems. I am a low-mid spender I would say so is it because I don't spend so much? I don't get how people run out of promotion stone. I have even seen f2p players complaining about it
I believe it is a better tactic than simply stockpiling 4 and 3 star heroes; deploying your ship and obtaining puppets is far superior. It takes time, but it's much "cleaner." The game is called "idle heroes," so be patient, and F2P is the best method to play. Please be patient. There's no reason to rush because there's no competition.

Yea, the 9* meta lasted for awhile, and was very different when 10* heroes actually came out.

i would say build those 10 star, and meanwhile if you have extra food get it step by step e1 to e5

If you fused her already, go to the creation circle and build her to 6* in the transcendence section then you upgrade her with fortress food
