I'm personally fan of the Elo + Garuda combo. Both are cheese heroes and have extremely good survivability. Build 2 Ignis 9*: 1 for each damage dealer.

Started about a month and a half ago and stuck on the Garuda which I'm trying to make my first E5. A lot of this feels like so much information but it'll hopefully keep me from doing something unwise later on. What I didn't realize was the 9 star didn't have to be Forest.

Make sure you've done Seal Land in Forest and probably just keep the garuda and swap her to vesa when you get your first transcendence hero.

The difference is Barry is all about quantity but mk is quality in my opinion.
It's not a competition... Make one good 30 min video or three 10 minute ones... Different strokes for different folks. Watch time is more important than views :)

I don't know if I missed it but I didn't hear what star to get tix and Carrie to should I leave them 9 start or e5 them
so in my case am a new player working to do the first e3 and i thought in a strategy to be able to do it.
i made the mistake to make my garuda e1 bc i wanted her do become stronger and kill things fast, it turns out that it was not a good idea, not bc shes not strong she rlly is but the thing is that after i get garuda e1 i finally manage to make eloise 9* and as i used the 9* food on garuda so i cant 10* her.
and i know that plaayers should not waste chests but to keep then untill u have a use for it or a rlly inportant thing to use it on, and in my case i need 3 eloise copies to finally fix my account and thats why chests will help me alot in this strugle am in.
anyway loved the video, awelsome tips that i rlly needed and could be able to know what i was suppose to do in this situation and then know how to fix it.

The cloud island tenant list is super helpful when making a new account, could you post an updated list somewhere so people without cloud island can know who there options to build are?

I suggest if you are really far from getting a Void 4 Hero, I suggest hoarding copies of Eloise's tenants and build someone else to have your Seal Lands cleared from 1 to 20. An example is Waldeck, in which Golden Crown that Eloise holds, is also beneficial to him. I guess Holmes could do the job for Fortress because of his devastating crowd control but it kind of needs something like a Ruyi Scepter or Melodic Strings, so I wouldn't really advice you to do that.
This sounds good on paper but without Carrie and Tix you're probably slowing down your progress in the void and making the speed you get Crystals and Stellar slower. Also, without Tix, Eloise won't get as far in Seal Land.
There's nothing wrong with building other heroes though, provided it doesn't slow down your progression.

So is Melodic Strings the new Demon Bell? I've been watching a large number of your videos (your content is excellent!) and the advice previously was Golden Crown then Demon Bells. I have the Golden Crown on my v1 Eloise and am working on building up my relics - 205 currently - to pick my next one.
After building a golden crown to splendid..or just get 1 copy and build melodic strings to splendid first.

Hey Mk idk if you are still reading comments but my team is E5 garuda, eloise, tix, rogan but i think its steal weak and everyone has more power than me somehow, i kinda suck at the game and i dont really understand how void works much and celestial island and artifacts
What’s the average length of time that it should take to complete each step
3:00 I would add to that - chests aren't as hard resources anymore as they were months ago. Especially during events like Holiday season - they drop chests week after week, often twice per week.
Imp's Adventure, Fantasy Factory, Labyrinth and more - add to that one lucky copy from other places like Wishing Fountain, Brave Trials, Prophet Tree and Shop and you can easily find even more copies.
Especially with Eloise - you can accumulate enough Soul Stones to get that ninth copy or just wait another week or two and get another chest, if you have bad rng. Point is - you can easily with no major effort, but some smart spending and use of gems and resources when needed get to E5 on f2p, between lvl 95-105. Which is perfect timing to start Void, as you get Idle Master at the time.
What I think is very important is that. I don't think you need to hoard resources at that moment. Like spend those on Prophet Orbs and Summoning events and Wishing Coin events. Get those mid-level rewards, or wait for next event like that if you just started and monetise it then. Especially Prophet Orb events are kinda must to do, because you can solely focus on one or two factions, get all that food and maybe even some lucky copies. And you can also use that time to replace your 4-star food heroes into one of the elites like Dominators or Balrogs who you may have better rng to roll. As they are perfect 10 star food.
Then Wishing Coin events usually have common elite heroes that can also be found for cheap in shop, like Penny - who can be easily pushed to 10star food.
And last thing - during awakening events, its great occasion to get those basic level awakenings on your main E5 and at the same time at least get those Transcendence copies. Cour 1 heroes are the most common food you can find and extremely cheap one. Xia, Queen and even Vesa or Jahra are super common and you will get like 10-20 copies before you even will be able to get first Transcendence. Use them, especially as they are usually common rewards for events as well.
The only difference is, if you start around Holiday events. Like we just had major good Wishing Coin event during Thanksgiving and we will have Scrolls event during Christmas. Keep resource for that from the beginning. You can get enough chests to not use those resources for free in the meantime. For a newbie player - hoarding is actually better strategy, because you won't mess your account on buying Baades or something. And Newbie Growth Planwith Garuda is enough for that moment to learn mechanics and still stay relevant and progress slowly.
7:55 My recommendation - sometimes waiting isn't the best strategy. You get some 4star food around that time. Building a Norma or Deathsworn or others as additional second hero is super good. Because one of them heals - others gives 15 turn Damage over Time. Especially if you do Eloise - Deathsworn is extremely helpful to push Seal Land and harder Tower stages early on. Other good abilities that you can focus on is Freeze and Stun. Those people can be nine-stared and are great support and can be built over and over again. And then you unlock even higher Seal Land levels and you get even more 4star shards.
14:20 Important part about Tix - Holmes Young is also a mage and its common for DH games to give us few free copies of him and he is amazing crowd control early on. Magic Source on 5star can push you to next level for no cost. And he gets buffs from Mage tech, if you ever finish the Ranger tech. Personally I have always had bad luck with Ithaqua, so for me Mage tech was always second instead of Assassin.
I'm sorry did my eyes deceive me or did you just say Holmes young is common? Since fucking when? I never get a Holmes young except in events and just bc you can only get a hero from a event doesn't mean they're common. Also the game is random so it's not gonna give you a hero mostly based on their class or faction.
Unfortunately, you really can't "easily" get 9 copies of Eloise in the time it takes you to make that first E5 Garuda. If you're lucky, sure, and there are strategies to improve the odds that you do it, but for more than most it's not gonna happen. You should make your first E5 in 3-4 weeks. That's 3 chests at most guaranteed... It's hard for that not to be Garuda. Sure Eloise is good but delaying isn't worth it, especially when that Garuda can be used to lock in SL20 later down the line for when you get Vesa. And yes, this is coming from the guy who despises Garuda and her existence.
Also, I think you're completely wrong to suggest people just use resources early. It's counter productive. The top rewards in events are just too good to even limit your chances of completing. It's NEVER worth it in the long run. You will open those orbs and scrolls eventually, might as well do it when it gets you artifacts, sublimation, and other top rewards to push you ahead.
If you don't spend them, you can walk away from your first week of playing with 300 scrolls. This is a huge headstart for resource saving.
errr, i strongly disagree with the not hording reasources early on yet. its worth waiting a bit to finish events rather than get the miniscule progress from spending the resources instead of waiting. a bit and getting a massive boost.
also, i have 9 accounts. a lot i know but 3 are just for bond reasons, and 3 were meant to be but i kept playing them a lot lol. none of them have i gotten enough chests in the 6-7 weeks, where i can make garuda an e5, to instead make eloise. its def best to rush with that garuda to open void and start getting those reasources imo, then make eloise as soon as you can after that. just my opinion

@@Uncivil_Dreams the good resources are always far in the back of the events, even resources that don't even go st your account that much like 9 and 10 star puppets and 5 star selection chests. It's dumb that these items are hard to get. Just explains how paranoid these devs are. Garuda is obviously a better first e5 bc she's more common than Eloise.

Not really. In fact, Eloise as a main hero isn't even your best choice if you're a heavy spender.
Spending massively warps progress and hopefully you do so with a strategy in mind. Lots of things work when money is involved.

I have an e5 tix, but can’t get past death 30-40 in aspen dungeon. How would I go about setting up my tix for it? I have inner ring of mage tech, a normal crown and melodic, and enough stellar for v3 and one extra node
When I cleared it with tix I used a splendid punisher and had a second hero to assist him. I can’t remember who that hero was though sadly. :/
Are you mindlessly sending him against waves or are you using Demon Potions intelligently to clear problem waves? You need to learn which waves he cannot clear without a Demon Potion. Also, when he has 100 energy, Eloise can go in and clear waves too, to stop him wasting the energy on a wave that isn't a problem.
He needs 60% crit to have 100% crit in Aspen dungeon. So Crit/Crit/Atk + Melodic Strings.
V3 Eloise + V2 Tix should be enough.
@@MKxJUMP thank you very much. I have been trying to use demon potions rarely because I get so few of them, and my tix previously had an attack attack stone, now also has a crit crit attack stone. I should have enough stellar for the v3 and v2 but I’m one 10* off at the moment. Again, thank you for the assistance

mk my account right now is e5 v4 eloise with a crown e5 tix with a melodic strings e5 ithaqua e5 waldeck and e5 rogan and 9* ignis and e5 carrie but I don’t want to build vesa as my first transcendence because that’s what my friends did is there any other trans hero that wouldn’t slow my accounts progress down maybe like making my account a sfx themed account?

Also you can build multiple elite heroes just as long as those elite heroes are heroes that you know that are gonna be food.

What should I make my tix e5?
Something I’ve been wondering, what’s the smartest way to spend some money in the game? Not like hundreds but maybe $50 a month or so. I’m guessing monthly cards but I’m confused by the senior card and the regular one. Is it best to buy both? What about the monthly carnival card?
Both privilege cards are good and the Black Friday card is insanely good. Carnival Card is nice if you complete all monthlies.
Some event packs are also great but most are $50/100

i’m a low spender with the same budget, $50 a month (i consider that low, idk if thats low or getting into mid but whatever), and thats what i do. i also spend the like $5 to get the 400 CSG on luck reels (we’re getting one this week), because 4 of those = p2w chest (if you low roll, retiring some of the heroes will get you to that chest), so $20 chest is really key especially in the early game.
So no Holmes young e5? Should I regress for tix to e5

On my new acc 2 months old the only thing stopping me from am e5 ellise is 5 more 5 star fodder i literally even have a crown waiting for her also out of the 9 star food heroes i have 4 i literally need 1 more copy of each of them to make them 10 star and then ise 2 puppets i hate my life

I changed the way I make 9 stars and 10 stars. Now, I only make 9 stars from native 4 stars and I use them to 10 star native 5 star. That's much easier cause you save a lot of native 5 stars and you get 5 copies much faster :-)

@@MKxJUMP I chose Ithaqua as first E5, he is now v2. Aside, i've got Garuda e3 and, as I wanted to go with an assassin team, I made those heroes 10 stars : Delacium, Heart Watcher, Saja, Drake and Rogan. Who would you choose as 2nd and 3rd E5 ? I've packed a lot of heroes chests.
