This is the exact sort of unintentional hilarity I've come to expect from Brendan schaub. That along with the similarity of their jokes have me finally understanding why they are 'friends'.

Lol its likely his point was that due to that, he is able to be in a flow state and just get it out quickly which can be much easier than writing it down or even thinking about it consciously. As a guitarist/songwriter, there is a massive difference between being in a flow state or not. When trying to play/write while not in a flow state, it just feels so much harder, more clumsy and doubtful, less impressive and sincere, uninspiring, slower, frustrating, like actual work and like Im far more forgetful and brain fogged. However, in a flow state, I'm not thinking at all, just letting it come through me and it's always just so perfect, easy, eloquent, pleasantly surprising, creative, fun, profoundly insightful, complete, clear, witty, original, etc. If I feel a flow state coming on but can't keep up w typing or writing it(guitar is diff tho, I have to be playing it to get into flow state w it), I'll just record me saying it and then write it down later lol One of the most common places/ways for it to happen to me personally, is when I have to drive a long distance alone. Other than that, it just randomly happens sometimes🤷♀️ This applies to quite a few other aspects of my life as well(dance, gardening, painting, drawing, other instruments, photography, cooking, yoga, singing, writing, surfing, etc.).

I use to watch Joe’s podcast a while ago and over time I stopped. With that said I’ve got a question; what is it about Joe Rogan that gets people to clown on him? I always thought Carlin was way overrated too. Then again I think most standup is pretty meh. More than Carlin himself I don't like the trend he set in standup. I use to watch Joe’s podcast a while ago and over time I stopped. With that said I’ve got a question; what is it about Joe Rogan that gets people to clown on him? he diddnt do it on his own he had apprentices.
Edit: He would do the general the composition and poses but after the outlines were donethe "filling in" of the base colors (which is a lot of work and doesn't require his skillset) was often left to the apprentices. then he would come in and paint in the details and lighting.
Upside down too. I've done mural painting several stories up and its a TON harder than people think. Even with modern equipment :D
I had some guys paint my ceiling in half a day. They worked clean too.

I always thought Carlin was way overrated too. Then again I think most standup is pretty meh. More than Carlin himself I don't like the trend he set in standup. Trying to come off as socially and politically conscious, instead of the main focus which should be trying to get laughs. Still I accept that comedy is subjective and people are going to like things I don't.
