Just an update guys - 1 month after this video and we're getting on well with the T3. The new layout has taken us a while to get used to as is the less amount of playback buttons but we're now starting to re-map our shows and we don't seem to be missing much so far :)
@@kentmediagroup thx for the honest response. Only adding the new buttons are way too sensitive. I rest my fingers on the buttons so I don’t have to look at them. Way too many miss fires with these sensitive buttons. T2 buttons, encoders, and backlight leds destroy the T3. I use my T2 is what I still use busking
Agreed. The new buttons are too light and easy to mis-hit - especially when using the number pad for data entry. I could understand it if it was a necessity to get the size down for the T3... but they put the same buttons on the D9 @@josephjuliano7889

Great video, thanks for doing this. Please let us know how the encoder wheels compare after playing with it more.
We will do :)
First proper outing over the weekend so we'll let you know how it goes
I was very much curious of this as well as the new encoders seem quite smaller
So a few weeks since the video and all still good, The T3 layout does take getting used to
Good news, thanks!
Thanks for the video. Me too very curios about the buttons, faders and encoder wheels. They look a little fragile.
Just bought the new t3 and t3 wing. There is no stand on the back of mine link you have in your new ones. Bought just this week June 2024
🤔 how about those encoder wheels?? 🤔 how about those new backlit leds?? From someone that has this console and a full-size D9.
I prefer the encoders on the original mobile to be sure!
The LEDs are ok, just not fun in complete darkness.
