I love chicken dishes and this recipe has sparked my interest in cooking it. I’m curious to ask you whether you use fresh ginger in carribean cuisine? I like to pair garlic with ginger since it goes well together and adds more depth of flavors? My question is would adding ginger clash with the Sazon seasoning? Please advise. Love your videos.
The ginger in our food helps with digestion and honestly I just love it personally. I didn’t find it clash at all as it was in tiny amounts. The ginger and garlic paste is awesome too!
