I wish you had of shown how you wire the power adapters to the controllers.

The adapter is an AC supply so it connects into the input on the controller. As its AC it doesn't matter which way round they are connected. The 12v DC output is connected to the tracks

Hi I have just bought a gaugemaster uq four track controller .How many wall mounted power supply units do i need to buy for this . GMC-WM1 s .Any help would be appreciated .

Hi you will need 4 AC 16v supplys for the four track panel controller

Gaugemaster D and Q have the transformers built in, other than that they work the same.
