Are you sure the annual fees are $14,300? That's A lot!!!

Thanks for watching! Yes, the breakdown is; $2,281 annual dues, $931/mo. operating dues and $75/mo. debt service. These are definitely inline (or less) with surrounding, gated communities.

@@colummadden9616 You will find the HOA fees are considerable less in Beaufort except for the gated, golfing community of Dataw Island.
