I am shopping for properties in Bluffton in the 400k to 600k range and am noticing that a lot people are moving that have only been in their house for two years. What's up with that?

Thanks for watching! That is a very desirable price point and not much inventory and I can't say I've seen that trend. I have had a few younger clients move for job opportunities elsewhere buy not anyone thant's retired.

They are resort towns so it is more expensive to live there

Thanks for watching! We also have many full time residence that just like the climate here and are avid golfers. Hilton Head is definetely more of a resort town than Bluffton!
