I am shopping for properties in Bluffton in the 400k to 600k range and am noticing that a lot people are moving that have only been in their house for two years. What's up with that?
Thanks for watching! That is a very desirable price point and not much inventory and I can't say I've seen that trend. I have had a few younger clients move for job opportunities elsewhere buy not anyone thant's retired.

They are resort towns so it is more expensive to live there
