Bitumen Road or Asphalt Road can easily damage in heavy rains and need more maintenance than the Cemented road. But Cemented Road needs low maintenance and has high durability in rainy days compare to Asphalt. (But it is twice Costly than the bituminous Road or Asphalt road.)
Yes I have checked and more aware of Chinese development. But you need to check that G7 & G30 both are 4 Lane Expressway not "8 LANE". Please do your own research properly before counter anything. Thanks for watching
