i think heisenberg and jesse existed in twd universe but they are not the same from breaking bad universe. i dont believe that the blue sky caused the outbreak since it was mentioned to have spread through water or air (not to mention all the hints towards france creating it) i also dont think merle and daryl met jesse since he they lived in georgia and jesse in new mexico (other side of the country) and by the end of el camino, jesse runned away to alaska (other side of the continent) but i like to believe that steven oggs character in bcs really is simon
Another bump in the fan theory is you said Walter white died in September but the outbreak started in August and I looked up it said Walter died by a machine gun defence thing.
I not sure of the name of character, but in episode 2 of fear the Walking Dead, a noise is heard in the sky as Michael looks up seeing a big jet plane doing a major u turn. I think that became the two planes that collided above Walter's house. Also I think there's a scene in Breaking Bad with Mearle buying the drugs from Walter. There's also a scene of a walker in the middle of the city in Breaking Bad
