- hi everyone! hope you enjoyed this chill and hopefully enjoyable unboxing video! i had an ipad 8th gen in high school, and it was one of my most useful study tools. however, i love the big screen of my new ipad pro, and the apple pencil 2nd gen is a wonderful addition that makes it so much easier to write down notes since it is also easier to write with!

I’m 11 and I use my iPad Pro m2 256gb silver for school and gaming with my friends I swear it is really powerful and can handle anything I also use it for animation with the Apple Pencil it is the best device ever 😊

I just ordered the exact same one 256g with the Apple Pencil. I can’t wait until Monday 😊😊😊 This will be a major upgrade from my 9th gen iPad Pro and Apple Pencil ✏️. I don’t know why I feel so guilty thou I guess because this was so much money but it was worth it for the longevity of my business and Art career.

I’m watching this on my iPad Pro m2
Do you use it also like a normal tablet and use it on your lap and take it everywhere? Do you wish it was a bit smaller? I’m torn between 11 and 12.9” I want one for my online university as a main device but without keyboard cuz I can’t type well at all. I also wanna use it like a normal tablet for media consumption and I’m wondering if the bigger one is too big and heavy but also if the smaller one would be uncomfortable to write notes with and have live online class..
I use it as a normal tablet - specifically in the place of notebooks, as I am a university student! It is great for note-taking. I love the 12.9" - I was really looking for something that would make it easy to view anything I needed it to, and to me bigger is always better. I also use my iPad to watch shows and I think the big screen is also wonderful for that - honestly I did not even find it that heavy when I first began using it (I had used iPads in the past). I’ve heard so many rumors about a new iPad Pro coming out this year. But I’m so excited I am getting an iPad Pro this month for med school I haven’t decided if I want to get the 11’ or 12.9’ how did you decide what size to get ! I’m using mine for notes and medical programs like 3D models of the body etc.
If that's the case, I would go with the 12.9! I wanted to use my iPad to take notes during lectures and run video editing programs, and the bigger screen is always easier to use in my opinion. Hope I could help!

I’ve sold my 11inch M2 iPad Pro today I’m torn between Mini and 12.9 inch Pro my biggest concern is there’s going to be a new mini and pro coming out very soon so that is putting me off buying just now. The next iPad I buy is the last iPad I’m buying for 2-3 years. Just not really sure what to do.
If you are able to wait I would probably wait, especially if you are looking at longevity. I am a student who needed an iPad for September, so purchasing one in the summer made the most sense to me. I will say that this iPad is a great device and I am looking at using it for all 4 years of college. Let me know if there's anything else I might be able to help you with!

m1 is a little bit small and m2 is bigger
Don't be sorry! I would say the biggest difference is better performance with the M2. I believe the video quality is also slightly improved. It's not that massive of a change, but the reason I got the M2 was because it was the only one available with the education discount. Plus, I'm planning on using this iPad throughout my four years at college, so I decided to splurge a little now so I wouldn't run into performance issues down the line.
The iPad m1 and m2 are binned from their MacBooks counterpart so they are quite similar on the iPad

I would say that it's quite sharp and great quality! iPhones will always be better for photography though.

I love my 12.9! It’s still portable and fits perfectly fine on the desks of lecture halls. A big screen is useful for so many reasons!
