Don’t NTPC allow bond transfer if I apply for other PSU next year. And what’s the situation with NOC. If I opt for ESE , railways or UPSC. they will not give me NOC even after giving bond?

Ntpc mechanical ka department hai electrical secondary employee hota hai maximum maharatna psu me sirf state electricity boards jaise uppcl, hvpnl and delhi transco etc yahan hi electrical ki asli feeling hai psu sirf paise ke liye badia hai par yadi engineering ka sahi feel aur power lene hai toh state job better hai psu bas relaxed life deti hai state job me political pressure rehta hai

Bhai you will get time since you will be in shifts here people are engaged in their studies but it also depends on your mental strength because you might feel little tired because of night shift.
For preparing for any competitive exam ntpc is best because here u will get lot of time to study but if u want to continue in PSUs than give last and least preference to NTPC

what do you think sir, would NTPC again this year select people simply on merit (i.e., the gate score) and not conduct interview? for I want to go to NTPC and seeing that for the last two years, they have stopped taking interviews I am not seriously preparing for interviews. but that again is making me anxious. Eye should be 6/6 with spectacles. Wear good quality specs and dnt tell ur power beyond 3. Not checked properly in any psu medicals.

For appearing in interview you need to give NOC in the company you applied during interview, If you have mentioned that you’re working in so and so PSU.
@@Ankit2410 I know that. I meant why NTPC doesn't give NOC? Are you sure regarding this? Did it happen with any of ur frnd? (Bcz morally, and to some extent legally also, it is very rare that NOC won't be given)

this year I got AIR 15 in mechanical. and I want to join PSU at which its possible for me to be close to my home state which is Madhya Pradesh. that's why I am thinking of joining NTPC. and I was previously unaware that first posting in NTPC invariably would be outside homestate. now after watching your video, I want to know what can happen after 10 year, after 10 year, can I get transferred to my homestate or is it always going to be outside homestate?
