I feel like this card is more beneficial for the current mono earth team with Rikku, Sadali, and Mont. For dagger/ninja blade, there are alternatives. You can run Ramada’s vc, Vinera’s vc, and Elena’s vc in the main slots. Then yuffie’s vc, kitone’s vc, and an agility vc in the sub slots. This VC is good, but if you have these other VCs, you don’t need this one. And of course this VC doesn’t have much current value for dagger/ninja blade unless you also draw Rikku, Vinera, and Vinera’s VC. And you can say limited VCs have had lasting impact over a variety of teams, but this VC is pretty niche to just evasion, and there are far more limited VCs that are mostly useless now than ones that are still relevant. I wouldn’t really draw something expecting it to get better over time. I think more often than not it will not be better in the future. That is a rare situation.

I'm not sure what is "objectively worse." The Elena VC is objectively worse than the Rikku VC or the Yuffie VC is objectively worse than the Rikku VC? As far as evasion, you lose out on only 2 evasion from the vision mastery by running the alternatives. It's a good card, but you should consider if you want to spend up to ~25k vis for 2 evasion in only guild battle. The agility is a nice plus but there are other cards that give agility like the Ramada card. I think it's a better recommendation to pull for Vinera and her VC before this VC. They seem like better value. I'm not sure if you would even want to run the dagger/ninja blade team without Vinera and her VC. But you could also go for the long game and get Rikku and this VC and then use them if you get Vinera and her VC at a later date, and if this team is actually still relevant by that time.
hmmm i don't really have any strong units built that fit the bill for this vc.... i do have zidane and locke for dagger.... i dunno i don't think i really need it

@randalwillis1099 it's objectively worse in the conventional sense, and Vinera/Rikku is better than that team in a handful of meta matchups

Honesty Rikku has made many underused units better. She a great combo with Zazan, Kitone and even other ninja units.
