    I can't wait to try this workout . Ive just had my 2nd covid jab and my arm aches, so i have to wait a few days😕.
    I love the background with the beach and ocean view... So peaceful!!

    I did your 15 min defined armes the last week or so and have been rocking it, did this one to switch it up and died 😂😂, im gonna have to mix them to get all those muscle groups! thanks for the killer vids I am loving your workouts!

    Can we got strong toned arms without weight (body weight only)? I don't have weights bar and I barely afford it

      Great question - absolutely you can!! Create your own resistance (imagine moving arms through thick mud) you will DEFINITELY feel it + gain strength!!
