the Sexton and Priest are really some of the best self propelled artillery in the game if for any reason it is purely the amount of ammo they carry. it helps also that they have some armor and good health to resist the damage from counter battery fire.
I'm happier seeing the movement of both sides. Several of the games we've seen from Atkpowers point I never know how someone worked certain units into various forward positions.
24-25 minutes the 3 vet sturmpioneers opened fire first against the 2 vet assault pioneers but after both moving the assault pioneers opened fire first and before the sturmpioneers could return fire they died - because the sturmpioneer fired first it moved 2nd giving an advantage to the (first moving) assault pioneer unit. SD2 Wiki says Commanders decrease suppresion by 1/2 for units within range. A leader limits suppression by 50% - for disheartened troops it works out at 8% of their full (non disheartened) health (1x.75x1.5 = 1.08) so police + leader should be better than pure leader as the police remove the disheartened trait before the leader traits are applied
Protoss playing 16 Luftwaffe like vanguard divisions with tons cqc. Honestly flak 41 were bloated when your opponents didn't spam armor like IS 2 or Churchill. It's better to spam flak 43 all over the place and do 217 bombers at the end

definitely not regular tigers but King Tigers seem to be okay enough, commonwealth really just has a good solution to most problems in almost all their divisions.
Nice game. This is not the best but one of the better maps for 16th. I think Protoss poured too much effort into the center. Instead he should have given away the first forestflag and just build ranged defence to cut it off from pushing further. He had 2 flags in the north anyway so he would still have ticked with that. With those forces he should have tried to retake the south instead and play more to his divs strenghts at max range. FLAK 41 is nice vs op western air but its also the most vulnerable aa to arty. On your side though you grouped your sextons for no reason and got punished hard for it more than once. You did well taking some areas that should be where protoss should have the advantage. You also really see how divs with strong 2k AT but not HE struggles still in the open. They just dont deal enough damage to force project the advantage they can take at 2k. So while they "win" 2k and holds that advantage they cant really utilize it that well. Many other divs suffer similarly like for example 29th tank.

It just has opportunities for every division its so fun
I think the "desert rats" should be 25 points. Its not a very good squad(only 8 men, bad lmg) and its unique to this division

But losing the forest 17 pounders might have been a prob...but yeah he could have artied that!
This is why I always complain when a division has no 2k HE, its so limiting on a lot of maps
