I agree, your biggest mistake is to not spend your points BUT this game, u simply played better. U had the right answers/counters to his heavy stuff. If your opponent loses Jagtpanzer and Panther Gs to Marders and AT light guns, u are outplay the dude. This was well made and…besides some lacky micro awesome decision making with some units! Was cool to watch and i hope, i lesrned something

GG, One important thing is this time you did good in picking phase, much better than last game. Walther is not a good div for tannenberg as while they have the inf for it they dont have good armor for it. Not the worst but not the best wither only having costly casemate armor. Only 1 card of 15W grenadiers? That card slaps. You did well playing defensive as he ran into you and just traded down which just cost him the game.

There is a new pack coming out - its a USA pack called Trumps dad world domination deck where the planes have nukes, the deck is 50 times bigger than the other decks and fight predominantly their allies - very good in a 10v10 - also unlimited expenditure

715th is a very good choice for Tannenberg. Your deck was good. Your micro too and Balanced was a good choice also, specially against Walther which isn’t an offensive div. The only thing that can say that is negative about your game is that : Spend your points ! 😂 I mean when a player whatever he is, did a good pick of div and income, build a good deck and played well the result is pretty obvious. Frubblord in my pov, on Tannenberg where you need CQC infantry for the forest and medium tanks as well as good opening, didn’t pick well with Walther pick. Also you had the side where the players won the most stats wise . It is again more true thks to you 😅

Tbf on the rate of fire with the tiger and Ferdinand, tanks without turret usually have a better reload speed thanks to a bigger interior and lay out.

GG. The Pz.40 (and, similarly, the StuG M42) are so disgustingly good for their price. 40--45pts for a tank with a 1750m range and a high RoF is just nasty.

I think you forgot you had Decima Esplaratoris with grenades in the recon tab haha. Could have been handy in the forest

Great counter pick. The double vetted decima in B was unecessary. You were lacking eyes on the center left, where he kept putting support weapons and tanks. Otherwise, great game!

I know you love your Germans, but I'm not a fan of the German vs German matchups. It goes against the spirit of WWII games to not pit your weapons against the units they were designed to fight. Also really missing out on the unique advantages and drawbacks every nation has to work with.

Surprised you like the Sturmpanzer, to me they always underperform, the gun has very low RoF and the worst accuracy of all guns of this kind. 115mm of armor doesn't really cut it as 2k weapons pen it anyway 90pts vs 50pts on Semovente 105 that does the same thing, and with latest increase in Semovente's availability (8 in B!!!) it's basically a nobrainer to take these instead Shame because I really like Sturmpanzer as a vehicle, but in game it just feels so underwhelming

The bazooka isn't alone in being unable to one-shot heavies; panzerfausts and the various anti-tank grenades also deal 10 damage, so it takes 2 to kill a heavy. Also, did anyone else chuckle at the irony that explosives deal less splash damage if they hit water? :P

I just got my butt handed to me as 43rd reserve. I will watch the replay, too, but it was helpful to see what this division can bring on the table.

Hay attack power, just wanted to say that I personally had not been enjoying sd2 for a long time, every game just always felt like it would devolve into a 1 hour + c phase slop fight, lately I completely fell in love with the game again with 75 percent point income and most importantly low cohesion with no time limit this has made the game so much more tactical with me and my friends were we deeply care about each and every unit, rush builds feel genuinely scary, and mistakes are punished quickly and efficiently, loosing big tanks like tigers genuinely make massive weaknesses in the enemy lines, and these rules have been really effective when staffing the game up to bigger numbers 4v4 and so on with common issues like aa spam making planes worthless and copious amounts of arty being replaced with people only able to do a few of those things, but not everything just wanted to hear your thoughts I would not be surprised if you hate it
