I LOVE GARCIA AND SHAW BOTH. A LOT OF REALLY GREAT GUYS DURING THIS ERA. WHAT STILL HURTS IS THAT DIRTY HIT BY THE TENNESSEE PLAYER ON LATTIMORE'S KNEE AFTER THE PLAY HAD BEEN BLOWN DEAD.
I love the show but the beginning comes off like a soft. It was always somebody else’s fault. No doubt he was a good player who provided some great memories to fans. All the talent in the world. If he would have had the focus Conner had he’d be in the nfl. He was more physically gifted than Conner. Could have been one of the all time sec greats. Seemed to always self sabotage. Glad he’s found his niche and he’s entertaining to listen to and is knowledgeable. Keep up the good work.
No offense, but there is nothing soft about owning your mistakes and addressing them publicly. Eric Hyman and his wife were wrong to do that to a young person, particularly after what they both preached. I guess it was only helping young people they like. There also is nothing soft about one of the toughest, most accomplished quarterbacks in the history of your program. Nobody else won a division here. Nobody else has beaten a No. 1 team. Nobody has had more wins against Clemson and UGA. Hes only behind Ellis and Taneyhill in all time passing yardage. It's time for Gamecock fans to stop this madness of bashing the good quarterbacks that have come through here. Garcia's life is now about being a great father and husband and making a positive impact on others. We all have bumps in the road on our journey and what matters a hell of a lot more than your football team is what Stephen's life is all about now.

I actually made the point that there was wasted opportunity there and I believe that’s factual. You’re seeing an insult where there isn’t one.
Stephen Garcia there you are still a real hero in leader of the gamecocks who defeated no.1 Alabama in 2010. Garcia you still are a man.🙂
