Look at the river and the dusty bit of land the soldiers are on, it's the same spot as the second strike with the cluster munitions

Same place, but outcome of the hit is impossible to say. Not so much cluster hits there where soldiers were in closeup. If soldiers were still there, for sure some casualties, but hard to believe that all would have died. If that first explosion which missed big time made soldiers to lie down fast, it saved many.

So In the full video that first explosion wasn’t on those group of men but nearby and was about 12 seconds before the cluster bombs went off, the men had plenty of time to get into adequate cover. Casualties still would of been present but I don’t think this is as bad as we think. WillyOAM did a great job breaking it down in his update today (5/02/24)

The 1st explosion is targeting equipment not personnel.
The 2nd explosion (cluster munitions) is directly where the personnel were loitering.
I got no dog in this. As far as I'm concerned both Ukraine and Russia are war mongering nations that seek violence. When all is said and done. Both sides are fighting bravely and dying tragically over who gets to pay taxes to who on a strip of border land.
The first huge explosion that created a mushroom cloud wasn't the spot, however the spot where the cluster bombs exploded covered their entire area, check the treeline plus the water formation (river)
