I have tried to make this sooji dosa from other sources it was always a disaster. I followed your step by step instructions it came out perfect. I could not believe, how lovely it looked. I also made the coconut chutney and the potato stuffing. My husband loved it. I saw him licking his fingers.

I had tried the dosa today,, as u had told in the video, same measurement and everything i had added... Chutney tured out really nice and potato Mixture had also tired out soo awesum, but only my dosa had not turned out crispy it was soft only.. But the taste was good...
Can u pls tell me why it had nt become crispy...
