  • This week marked 125 years since the Supreme Court ruled in Plessy v. Ferguson. The infamous landmark decision would become the foundation for Jim Crow policies sanctioning racial segregation in public spaces for the next 60 years. In an effort to undo decades of racism, two unlikely friends have come together to teach history as a way to create a more just future. Michelle Miller has the details.

It’s great to see people who realize they can make a difference and they actually go out and do it.

These people deserve the Nobel peace prize. A+ story. Virtual hugs from Virginia! What a lost opportunity for our nation so long ago.

Separate but equal was the law of the land, a decision by the Supreme Court of the United States of America. It is an example that even when the highest court says what is legal, what is legal is not moral or right and sometimes must be changed!

Someone get ahold of the students at Harvard and remind them that having graduations separated based on race is literally the opposite of progressive. As most of them claim to be.

I'm going to suggest that you got to congress.gov and read the Covid anti hate bill. It's NOT for Asians. It's a Hate Crime Bill for EVERYONE and it's NOT named Asian.
