The best otter habitat... proceeds to make a habitat with more water space than land space.
Does have nice rockwork though.

@@thepresidentofzoo3040 False. They are semi-aquatic. They don't live full time in water. That's why the AZA care manual requires 1/2 to 2/3 of the exhibit be land.
Also, only sea otters fur is waterproof. So river otters can really only spend 1 hour in the water at a time or else they will drown.
