The thing is, Marik's motives DO make (some) sense in the Japanese version. See, Marik wasn't actually aware of his evil half's existence, so he didn't realize he'd killed his own father. Odion, wanting to protect him from the truth, told him that Shadi ("Yageshemash! My name is Shadi!") was the one who killed Marik's father, acting on orders from the Pharaoh. Thus, Marik vowed to destroy the Pharaoh in order to get revenge for his father's death, inadvertently feeding his darker half until it overpowered him when Odion was knocked into a coma after losing to Joey. The whole "wanting to take over the world" thing was something that 4Kids added in order to avoid having to say that Marik's father was dead. You know, because god forbid kids hear the word "die" in a cartoon.
question why did Marik care that much that tortures you and hates your best friend daddy was executed i mean i get why he wanted the pharaoh dead in this scenario though at least it was his "direct order" in that version

Yeah, they were all major parts of That Guy With The Glasses/Channel Awesome. Angry Joe, Spoony (dressed as Doctor Insano), Linkara, Nostalgia Chick, and the Nostalgia Critic. Arguably some of the most important comedic internet reviewers there are.
And they still are funny entertainers. You should see linkara review anything that has to do with Rob liefeld. It's pretty hilarious

It's called "Bonds Beyond Time" and Littlekuriboh (and friends) made a 30 minutes abdridged version of it.
In my opinion this is THE best abridged product in all of youtube-abridged-history!

the people on the cards are internet reviewers, Angry Joe(Video games), Spoony(as his enemy Dr.Insano), Linkara(Comic books), Nostalgia Chick (I honestly don't know about a theme with her, she tends to do whatever she wants), and the Nostalgia Critic(Nostalgic Movies, from the 90's or something) Honestly I would recommend looking at some of them, The Nostalgia Critic especially as he is Hilarious. Just watch his 'I F'ing love Christmas' video on youtube for a taste of what he is about.

This may have been answered as the video is so many years old but I think Spaz Kid was trying to remember The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire. It's basically the level of honours leading up to knighted ranks (Sir or Dame). The highest rank of which is just below the rank of Lord.

You guys should watch Linkara's videos. They're pretty hilarious even when he's talking about Rob liefeld. If you don't know who rob liefeld is he was a comic book artist that was really good at drawing but couldn't draw feet apparently. He still does a lot of comic book conventions and he still draws for Marvel Comics. He basically has the same kind of job that Jim Lee has( before his current job at DC) he does it for Marvel comic books.

I already posted a chronological list of all the LK-Episodes once. There are a ton of side-videos they missed. I think first they should watch The Abridged movie and The OTHER abridged movie.
After the next episode of course...not fun to stop at a cliffhanger like that

Reality Forge Each episode would be cut into 3 parts. I hazard a guess that this would annoy people. Plus he's concerned about copyright stuff and fair use. if there's ever a case for inviting copyright strikes this would be a good way to go about it.
