So yeah Rex and Weevil do get One-Turn Killed in this duel, mostly to show off the opponents strength, and everyone actually is shocked that this guy defeats 2 guys who used to be averagely strong in a single turn, mostly because, y’know this is the old times, so typically the game isn’t structured enough to be able to do that pretty much ever, this being pretty much the second post-Duelist Kingdom one ever that isn’t a deck-out or Kaiba’s Machine from right before Battle City.
It's been a while hasn't it? I saw the gag of the intro coming a mile away, and I still belly laughed at it Also, I love how when Yugi is explaining how chains work, he apparently brings up lifepoints and the egyptian god cards, which have nothing to do with how chains work lmao
That part about Joey telling you that you start with 8,000 Life Points, but that you won't have any after three turns... ...The sad part is how insanely true that actually is.
You say that, but given moderately recent events, I can vouch that some idiot yugioh players would 100% act like how Joey acted when he saw Rebecca and Vivian dueling
LK does such great work I just hate how long it takes but it is definitely worth it to see the quality that he puts in these
