They’re not talking abstractly about what’s possible. They’re talking about what they did. This is amazing! It makes it so clear what they KNOW is possible. Respect to the programmer guy and his wife 🎊🙌🏽😊
Touching..thumbs up to the heroic courage. I design patient-specific implants and templates for PGIMER, Chandigarh (India). 3D printing is a vital requirement for the medical industry in India and is growing very fast. Your video is an inspiration to the people suffering from similar problems, therefore, I will circulate and share it with doctors and colleagues. Thank you
Miracles...are around the corner...I am living proof...praise the Lord...but living in this world...Positively I am with you...and right now...doing all you are telling...thanks. We are not alone... Faith means everything. Lets put it toghether with science. 100. 3d printing is the KEY. Amazed...not alone.
This guy figured out how to use open source technology to create a robust, 3D model of his wife’s skull to help doctors perform a novel surgery to save her life. I called Apple customer support to ask why my TH-cam app keeps closing. If the 3 of us crash on a deserted island and you have to choose between me and him, choose wisely 😂😂
I have often had patients too poor or uneducated to live, because their GP or Specialist refused to consider that if their own skills and knowledge were inadequate, there might be others with solutions. Some of this is driven by hubris, and some by insurance practices. Each of us is the captain of our voyage. Heed this TED example.
What a great story. Where can i find more information for the software used to transform CT scan data into 3D printed models? I'm aware of Slicer 3D and Osiris I believe.
