same problem but in my case they black list my account before 7th of april 2022. i paid every month but they black listed before last date of paying postpaid bill. from 6th april 2022 i used to reach customer care several times but no satisfactory answer they gave me. after 1 month my overdue amount increased by 2000 rs now it is showing 10050 rs, lending company recovery agent and telling me to pay the bill but how can i, my paytm account black listed i cant do any transaction, customer care executives of paytm told me you need to open new account i cant use current paytm account. i am in favour of pay money what i lend from paytm but paytm postpaid only support paytm transactions of the account the same postpaid is active. no cred pay, no google pay or other third party app or netbanking i have no options. i sent email to them but they dont accept their fault of black list my account, i am using paytm from more than 7 years but never think that they just literally black list my account without my fault, paytm postpaid of feb 2022 i paid and when i tried to pay march 2022 bill, they just black list my entire account, without notify me. now i m in a loop, lender company pressurized me to pay bill amount with 2000 rs penalty but paytm already black list my account, neither lender company nor paytm solve this problem. what should i do now please guide me.
