Thanks a lot for the tutorial! Can I use a collision of static mesh to modify the area class? In my opinion, there used to be a parameter Area Class Override in StaticMeshComponent. But now this parameter is not available.
I found solution. 1. Use Modeling Mode 2. Select StaticMesh on scene 3. Mode Toolbar>Transform>Convert 4. Select NavModifierVolume in VolumeType on Modeling Tab 5. Accept
