Loved your video! I happened to have some of the same clays you have, from Nature's Garden and I went back after I ordered and noticed in their ingredient list they have unnatural ingredients, specifically for the purple clay you were raving about. I also used it and was so impressed I went back to look at the ingredients.
This was very helpful. Next time can you please make labels for the finished soaps too. It is hard to remember as you move along and I had to keep going back and then writing it down and then forgetting exactly what that color looks like. A screenshot with names would have been super helpful. :)
Wow, this was SOOOO helpful!! Thank you so much 🙏🏻 Quick Confession… So I’m new to soap making & I had the ‘brilliant’ idea of using hibiscus powder to get a gorgeous pink for my rose & sandalwood soap 😅😅😅😅 Yeah, it turned out baby 💩 brown 🤣🤣 So my stupidity led me here & now I’m grateful for my mistake 🤭
I love clays. I am able to get good orange color with paprika, papaya juice and pumpkin pure. Good nice green with chlorophyll, kale powder, spinach powder and alfalfa , purple( very light) with madder root powder. My biggest disappointment is indigo, no matter what I do I can never achieve the blue I want Thank you for sharing
Clay Absorption: Kaolin: 65% of its weight French Green: 150-200% of its weight Betonite: 300-700% of its weight thats why you had issues with the water :)
Hi! You mentioned you make a Brazilian purple clay soap. Do you have a video making it? I looked in your videos but couldn't find one. For 1lb of oils how much clay would you use?
Definitely want to see a video on natural colorants for Melt & Pour soaps! Thanks for this video!!!!
Loved watching this. You have a great energy!

So glad I found your channel. I’m binge watching and taking notes. Thank you 🙏🏾🦋🦋
Lovely, I use natural colours including plant colours, such fun to do and see the actual colour especially after time.

Such a great video...I tried purple one and I don't know, probably I added to less, I wasn't happy how my lavender soap turned 😊😊😅😊

Bentonite clay takes like 3 times the water to hydrate. Its super absorbent. That's why its used to make kitty litter.

where did you buy your mold from?
Shouldn’t it be distilled water
Brambleberry is find very expensive and I pd 99 $ of nakesey for nada
Yeah bentonite clay always has to be not like the other girls. Even in hair and skin care. It absorbs a lot water and everything else.
