    多謝Rob肯講自身經歷,仲有解決問題的思維!係呢度最緊要開名,因為口碑好重要,等於佢哋要求我哋要有credit check and reference 一樣。對!不可以樣樣都只自責,因為呢度嘅本地人真係無乜同理心,所以據理力爭係必須嘅。

    請問有冇月結單詳細列出每種收費?
    呢條片值得推介,因為帶出 devil is in the details。剛到埗的確實因為唔清楚細節而遇上各樣問題,分分鐘血壓都上升十幾度😓

    訪問嘉賓,有冇計算standard charge, standard charge 係指每日固定收費,就算不用電都有固定服務收費每天計。每間電力公司收費不-様的。亦都要留意你每月嘅電錶數值,造-張每月用量記錄,電費單應該有列明期間度數。

    雖然好欣賞個案主人EQ好高,但點解唔轉用另一間電力公司 🤔 因為英國電力市塲是自由選擇。若發覺它收費唔透明唔公道,便要撇啦,唔好死守啦 ! 同埋我會同業主商量吓,比d壓力電力公司。

      @@sharang8889 因為現在所有電力公司只會提供最高收費嘅 Standard Variable Tariff,大家都用盡 Energy Price Guarantee 嘅最高 per unit price,所以用邊間電力公司都冇乜分別。

    5好用top up 果種. 用direct debit 個個月check用電量之後upload去電力公司個網.

    英國通常間間電燈公司都會收多,但係我想知道,如果我搬屋,而搬去另一個地方又唔係用番之前個間電燈公司,但我有盈餘係去度,佢會俾返錢我嗎?

    Also use Sugar Sugar before, same bad experience! Spend one month to open account, two months for smart meter install but not work finally. In average, wait 2 hours to respond in one call (just respond NOT get problem solved)

    Rob 租住pre pay meter property 以是錯誤的開始.

      indeed.. really have No idea of the payment term of the former tenant (not by the property). This type of information is not able to access before you become the tenant of that property.

      After viewing any property, look at the gas meter and electric meter, (take the photo) write down both meters serial number, check both providers, then you will know what kinds of meter are they. All pre pay meter are very high rate tariff. It may be lower rent but high in utility bill.

      @@manyuen5065 Thank you for your advice. Does the electricity provider is willing to advise the meter type to someone hasn't be the tenant ? By the way, hope you do not blame those victim if who has No Idea of those "Unreasonable / Unfair payment term" except you already live in this country over it's probably over a decade experiences.

      Can not promise anything. You can request what kind of meter they are for a potential tenant. Another option, ask the landlord to get a copy of the gas and electric bill to show that not 3:41 pre pay meter for gas and electric in the property.

    I also use SSE, but they answered very quickly and solved my request at once. She may be too unlucky. PAYG is the worst choice.

      @@FFHONGKONGYOUTH You may ask your energy company to switch to a better plan. The property is just installed a smart meter. You have rights to change to other providers or difference plans.

      @@nozomihk is not WhatsApp.. is a web chat which is meant u leave your message and contact info waiting for they ring u back . If U are lucky and available to monitor your mobile phone 24/7 from them. It's like a lucky draw .

      @@FFHONGKONGYOUTH I use WhatsApp, there is an option for you to leave your WhatsApp no. because you don't want to wait for an agent to answer the phone and they will send you a WhatsApp message then you continue the enquiry there. Next time you have another issue you just use that WhatsApp channel to communicate, no more voice calling.

    英國D 能源公司政策真係好白痴....D計算usage方法真係好求其,睇左成張帳單都唔知佢點計個收費....

      以 SSE 為例其實佢張單列得好詳細,幾時到記時及期間總共幾多日,用咗幾多度 ,上次及今次度數,Usage Charges/Standing Charges 每度/日 收幾多錢及 VAT 等,全部加埋就係該期應繳費用。
