I have a 15 and 35 gallon terrarium, I only do maintenance about once a week. They are beautiful, and I love watching how different plants grow in a different environment. Can’t wait to see your build.
So much less than an aquarium that’s for sure 😅 It’s already been so easy these last few weeks since it’s been done. So nice to look at, I agree. Thanks for the support 🌱
Hi Amy. How amazing that you can have a pet turtle for so long, I know very little about them so my comment may sound silly. Anyway, the whole time you were talking about the aquatic plants etc I kept thinking about . Do you have any videos of the turtle and its life with you? Thanks for telling us the story of your experiences with the aquatic set up. Im looking forward to the video of you setting it up the terrarium.
Thank you so much 🌱 Not at all silly, but yes she lived a long life. However they do live a lot longer in the wild, but that is to be expected! Oh I definitely should have shared some clips of her in this video - maybe in future ones - I will in a terrarium update so you can see her. Thanks as always for the support 🌱✨
Hi Amy thank you for the honest update. I was thinking about a similar project... but maybe now will wait to see your terrarium 😊 As ever, an interesting and educational video, looking forward to seeing what you do with the tank next! ❤
Thank you so much for the support and lovely comment 🌱✨ Hope after seeing the finished terrarium it might give you ideas for your own project! Hope you and plants are doing well ☺️💕
Thank you so much, lovely comment to receive 🥹 Yes will see what the future holds! So happy with this for now anyway it’s beautiful to look at and a great memory of her 🐢
I got into aquatic plants a couple of years ago. To clean the algae I got amano shrimps, such great characters 😅 I also have quite the collection of snails - pest snails and ones I bought on purpose 😂 and it brings me so much joy. I’m glad you feel good about your decision though and I’m about to watch the next video now 😊
That’s a great way to deal with it!! I considered the same but realised that taking on any more animals right now is just not the right time for me. It’s something I definitely want to revisit in the future, and would be so cool to have little critters like that in the tank! 😌 Thanks so much for watching ✨
