Just wow on the packaging! Ofc you pay extra for that, but it's better than a recent delivery I had from etsy where the top's of the plants were able to be smashed against the the box without any protection!!
Lovely haul. I also got a Ledebouria from PLNTS some months ago and it’s doing well. It will produce offsets and spread. I find it thirstier than I expected and its leaves got a bit fed up being too close to a grow light so I’ve put it in a West window (am in Ireland). The leaves are not as succulent as the plant might first appear. It made a lovely flower that got blasted a bit by the grow light. Anyway I think something a bit more moisture retentive than a cactus soil would work. I just got a Silver Blush too. Found a cheap one in Woodies which was a surprise. And got a baby Thai Con from PLNTS a few months ago. It was a bit slow at first until the weather got better and now it’s bounding along. Was terrified of root rot at the start so kept it sparingly watered. All that Thai 2.0 fear instilled by Kaylee Ellen I think 😂 it’s now fairly thirst and in an airy mix. I got a tiny Vittarifolium last year and it’s growing like a beast now and starting to size up. Such an easy plant. Likes to dry out between waterings. I still have mine in a drain less plastic cup in mostly moss and while it was initially in a cabinet it’s now fine in ambient conditions. Exciting to see we have so many recent plant acquisitions in common. Even just got Hoya mathilde too and all going well so far. That’s a gorgeous crystallinum too. I’ve overwatered mine and got lots of oedema but it’s recovering. In my experience they are fine going a bit dry between waterings. Maybe not as much as clarinervium. Still finding my level with crystallinum. Happy growing! Love your informative videos.
Yes I haven’t repotted the ledebouria yet but can already see it’s thirsty 😅 My Thai is in the big terrarium and thankfully doing well ☺️ Thanks for the tips on these plants! Much appreciated and thanks for the love on the videos ☺️✨🌱
I don't think you'll have to worry about the Thai Con taking over for a while. I've had mine for 2 years and it grows like 4 leaves a year. I don't think Vittarifolium like being in the post. Mine had 3 older leaves yellow in transport, so I wouldn't worry about it. I've just started half a dozen Pallidiflorum narrow seeds. Looking forward to letting the longbois take over haha The Crystal is stunning as well 👍
Hi Amy. I stopped the video to say I actually held my breath when the chystalinum was revealed. I will be admiring this plant from afar because I have run out of space and also don't feel confident about growing it well. One day I may change my mind. Although I know the packaging is good and the plastic tubes protect the plant its a lot of plastic to dispose of, I presume it's recyclable. You've chosen a fabulous selection off plants and I look forward to seeing an update in the future. Thanks for taking us along with you in the unboxing of a fabulous lot of plants.
I totally know how you feel, it’s so beautiful it is breathtaking 😅 Yes one day you may give it a try. Apparently their packaging is made from either recycled material or plants - while this is of course better I agree it’s a bit overkill with material and they could still use less 😅 Thanks so much for your support as always
Urban Plant Life is the best shop in Dublin, I got a tortum 12cm pot for 10 euro, I told them last week I was looking for a hoya compacta, they got them in yesterday, 7 euro for a 3 stem plant, I ended up buying 3 of them to make a large pot and I am in love
Yes I’ve gone there in the past and got some great stuff!! Unfortunately I’m rarely that side of the country so don’t get to go often. Thats so nice that they ordered what you wanted, how lovely ☺️✨🌱
Love your videos. You are so calm and relaxing to watch. Be careful with the Silve Squill around pets as it is very, very toxic. Cats can be killed just chewing the leaves.
Thank you so much that’s very sweet of you 🥹 and thanks for letting me know about the silver squill, I typically assume they are all toxic to pets / people as it’s safest 😅
I’ve commented before on how it is unnecessary and other brands do it without - but I will note their green plastic blisters are recycled PET plastic that can be recycled time and time again. Not ideal as it’s still not needed, but good to note!

Yes it’s a lot but did protect the plants well! I’m so sorry this happened to your plants! 🥺
Every plant was stunning!! What a great plant delivery 📦🎁❤️
Totally agree! 😂 Loved all of these

Thanks for letting me know your experiences with these! Thankfully all are doing well after being shipped so fingers crossed they stay that way ☺️✨🌱

Plastic packaging - very disappointing
It's not like she asked for it to be plastic 😂 get a grip
