President Rodrigo Roa Duterte continues his inspection to areas affected by Typhoon ‘Odette’ (international name: Rai) as he visits the Municipality of Argao in the Province of Cebu on December 19, 2021.
Typhoon ‘Odette’ caused massive flooding and brought strong winds as it made several landfalls in different provinces across Mindanao and Visayas, affecting thousands of families and individuals, as well as heavily damaging key infrastructures in the regions.
