Trip Report: Flying from St. Maarten to St. Kitts & Nevis

In this video, I fly from St. Maarten to St. Kitts & Nevis on Winair's Twin Otter. You get a beautiful view of the island as we fly from the northern part to the southern part in Basseterre.

Great video, I never get tired of it. Perhaps since one of the islands is my destination. However I travel it differently and sorry I did not mention that.

Awesome video.....you may of started a trend here.....the more famous islands gets the Winair videos from St Maarten like SABA and St. Barths expecially for there small famous airports with shortest runway and dangerous approach in St. Barths.... am an aviation spotter from St. Kitts and these kind of videos bring joy to my eyes, i hope you had a blast here man :) !!!!

You can actually do this in one day ....to get a wonderful idea what these wonderful islands are all about....this plane is like cab hopping. ENJOY.
Yeah, this was a day trip. I went in the morning and came back on the last flight of the day.
These aircraft can take off and land on any road once they have clearance for the wings.😀
How much did it cost? In EC dollars or USD.
The fares varies, but current it's $246.72 for a one way ticket on flywinair.com. Caribbean fares are really very pricey sadly :(

Oh ok. Yeah kinda pricey. But good to know. I plan on getting residency in St Kitts and just wondering how much it will cost to visit other islands like Antigua or others. Do you know of any cheaper way to occasionally travel between islands. Maybe by boat? Thanks 😊
@@justingreen8006 got you. Yeah, if you book in advance it's slightly cheaper, but not by much. There's not much competition at all on many of these routes. Plus the local taxes are high too. Good luck with everything.
