Brilliant analogy of strategy.
USC’s secondary made the necessary adjustments so that he was never a threat in the 2nd half.
Penalties did them in and for sure late in the game they kept running against a stacked USC D line despite getting yards through the air most of the game.
That was his issue with Notre Dame, we knew if it was going to come down to the wire we were going to lose

to be honest, the whole game it was peacocking and sh** talking anytime a player did something good. You could tell both teams were super hyped and into themselves being in a sold out NFL stadium. It was starting to get annoying.

To bad Declan Sullivan didn’t take the wind in stride and Brian Kelly should have been held accountable for that a long time ago. He showed more passion and emotion here than during the aftermath of Declan Sullivan who was killed during a practice which shouldn’t have been held outside and indoors during 60 mph winds. Kelly shouldn’t be were he is at all but instead in a jail cell or made to pay the family for damages to due to a wrongful death.

His record at ND was great, because frankly, ND is extremely overrated; they avoid conferences and aren’t forced to always play big teams. I’m not at all surprised he’s crumbling to the pressure of LSU and their tougher schedules.
As a ND fan I’m so glad he’s not our coach anymore. I was just saying how if he were he would’ve lost that game against A&M and he just proved me right with this game. Thanks LSU for taking him.

Brian Kelly is a good coach. He has proven it everywhere he has gone. LSU just got beaten. USC QB played lights out. Accept it and move on. LSU is a good team and will be in the playoffs.
Kelly has never done anything to justify how highly he thinks of his coaching talents. He isn't alone in that but the thing about other coaches is that they're mostly nice people.

The most satisfying Brian Kelly moment was when Notre Dame snuck into the national championship game by barely surviving Pittsburgh and USC (I believe starting a true freshman QB) only to get beaten down by Alabama from the opening kickoff until the final whistle. ND has the best coach it's had since Lou Holtz because Freeman isn't afraid to take calculated risks and recruits a lot better than any coach before him.

USC earned the W. Kelly is not a great fit at LSU. He’s basically doing what Jimbo. Roster full of talent but aside from Jayden (Jameis for Jimbo) a lot of that talent doesn’t get utilized well or show up in big games.
