For having all those skills and smarts these Mask guys are really stupid sometimes. Buddy Hawk just ran off causing an incident with an exploding tire. Someone could have gotten hurt. He could at least unplug it and turn it off. Who drives that fast through a small village full of people? And why would the Rhino fall on it's side so easily? It looks quite heavy. Where did Miles get his idiot crew to all those cool vehicles? If that place was so easily accessible why wasn't it looted long ago? So many questions... all those logic flaws, but I guess I didn't know better as a kid.
Precisely because you are analyzing and taking the plot of an animated series for kids very literally, clearly what would happen in real life is not what we see here
This is the first time Bruce has used "Lifter" to levitate himself? This ability makes it similar to Aura and Jack-rabbit. This trick would have been handy in many earlier episodes. The automatically repairing tire/wheel is cringe-worthy. Were the writers in a hurry to finish the season?

I agree. I think Dagger had no one in his life. So he fell under the influence of Miles and also not to be completely alone in his life
Mayhem probably offered Dagger the smallest of rewards for the help
