@@dereksolarboi solar company voided my contract and installer basically abandoned the job after it was all supposed to be activated 7 months ago. Just realized that they never even turned the battery breakers on and also never paired them. I went to go through the pairing process and found out they miswired the RS 485 bus, so I fixed that and now they’re talking. But there were so many firmware updates to the three parts of each battery that I think it just timed out and got stuck got all but one part of one battery updated the batteries are working and charging now. And now the SetApp works properly too. Gonna try to reconnect and hope it updates the last part of one battery. Any way I can get on the monitoring platform? I signed up as an installer account (I have a government contracting business) but when I try to enter my serial number for the monitoring platform, it says invalid serial number. I think because it’s assigned to another company. Any ideas? Thanks in advance! This advice above helped me ensure it wasn’t completely jacked. 👍 Much appreciated!
@@dereksolarboi wondering if you have any advice on connecting to the monitoring platform. I signed up for an installer account, as I do have a contracting business, but the system on my home was abandoned by the installer after it was already activated. When I go to register with my serial number it just tells me invalid serial number. I looked it up and it looks like it’s already registered to another company. Would Solar Edge be able to transfer it to me, since it’s on my house?
Bro just saved me so much hassle!!! 👊🥳🙏

@@andrewbonica yes! You'll need to contact tech support directly for the form to fill out, but I've transferred many a site, it's very doable.
