Bruh, samsung phones don't need location to be on all the time for tracking. If the phone is connected to internet and lost, then we can remotely turn location on by telling the phone through internet from samsung device finder and start tracking. This has been a thing for a long time..

I use a routine that if I text TRACK LOCATION from any other phone to my phone, it will turn on automatically and change the lockscreen wallpaper to my own picture
I have selected more optimum option and that when I leave the house then my location will automatically turn on and when I will enter the house my location will turn off as I need my location should be tracked and my mobile also should be tracked when I am outsode
