i have a 2014 R3R with over 50k miles have had since 2015. these bikes when treated with respect actually have good maintenance record the engine is pretty much bullet proof only issue is the valve cover gasket can crimp
I have a 2008 with issues ,luckily after putting new spark plugs and a new fuel pump ,sending unit and some fuel lines it works great. Also the wires came out of one of the coils so that was a issue I had to fix too.
Most people I know that have these bikes absolutely just love them. They seem to hold up good for a long time. Glad you got yours squared away. Thanks for watching 🐲

Well your gut was right, after the guy spent thousands of dollars, when he went to register the bike he found put that the title he was given was bad and the bike had actually been salvaged. It's a real mess. He said he didn't question it because it was a friend of a friend kinda thing. Friend?...

That thing was a monster and after he did all that work and went to register it for the license he found out he couldn't because the certificate of title was no good, it was fake! ...not good! Hope you are doing ok, I'm busier than ever customers coming from everywhere. 🐉

Hey dragon love your channel! I'm just about to buy 2009 24000 miles Speed triple (cheap) . I've been told it slips out of 5th gear. Could this be expensive or an easy fixed ? Cheers dude!

My buddy bought a 2007 with 12k miles, it rode fine for about 150 miles then it wouldn’t start again. He is thinking the timing chain slipped so he bought a 2017-2018 when the Honda Rune seller became unresponsive. Any thoughts on troubleshooting his 2007? Any response is highly appreciated
Well, the good thing is you don't have to guess or assume what's wrong. It's as simple as does it have spark, fuel and compression. If it's missing any 1 of those it won't run. So at this point you just need to do process of elimination. Spark is the easiest to test, just pull a sparkplug out of the engine, put it back in the boot and ground it to the engine and turn the bike over to see if it sparks. Next is to do a proper compression test on the engine. And if thise 2 check out, then most like it's a fuel issue. You can sqirt some gas or other flammable liquid straight in the intake to see if it tries to run, if it does then you know it's not getting fuel. That will get you on the right track for now. All of these things I mentioned are the same for any motorcycle, and you can find thousands of videos on how to perform these simple test. Start there and see what you got.
