The best thing about Shay being a youtuber: She is so chill and calm ! Every other youtuber these days are so over the place, they are too loud and trying to be crazy and funny so hard. But Shay has no problems with being funny and entertaining and still be very classic and gorgeous 👍🏼

All of the extras have come after the fact, am sure most of the additional film crew on this shoot, etc were there at behest of Royal Caribbean. She is so natural & grounded yet super funny and gorgeous. She definitely has the "it" factor and that's a quality that is rare and can't be created. Either someone has it or they don't. She makes me laugh out loud at least once in every video. For this one it was the hot, hot sauce she had the guy take a big taste of and he proceeded to sweat bullets.

I'm rewatching and when 9:35 hit me with the, "When you start to get older there aren't too many things you can offer your parents...well, other than grandchildren" bit I got a bit emotional, because...stuff and thangs. Honestly, rewatching a lot of these videos just kind of hits a nerve given the emotional highs and lows 2018 must have had on Shay and her fam. I remember watching the Shaycation: Vancouver video, the bench scene, and thinking...there was something more to it. I could feel it (it literally radiated off the screen and I remember feeling overwhelmed and emotional, but not understanding why), and now...I understand. She may never again comment on it, but it's something that was felt all over the globe. And Godbless Shay Mitchell for keeping on, despite hardships and turmoil. I will literally fight anyone who has anything negative to say.
