Caterpillar motors have so much torque that the frame twists and puts more downforce on the passenger steer tire. This is while your pulling loads down the hyway for 100's of thousands of miles. It takes a while.. Causing that leaf spring pack to get weaker faster that its twin on the driver side. So. Im figuring thats why it was leaning on your truck. That in combo with useing a tee fitting, instead of dual load leveling valves. One for each side. The tee just shoves the air to the other bag. So your left with the qaulity of the leafs for alignment. Which you see can be, not equal.
Hows the tire wear? I got an 06 w9. Currently getting disc cutoff and doin 305" i want to do airbags like this but scared I'm just going to eat up tires

Hello Byron. Yea I've failed to mention that in the video, but when I took out the 1 leaf spring couple years ago I went in and got shorter ones then. So I was still good with this setup now.
It's still considered a 1 and half spring setup, I'm not worried, my truck originally only came with 3 heavy springs and I know kw also have some that have 4 light springs, I would definitely leave 2 on your setup.
Did the load share kit come with the 4 inch 7/8 round u bolts? Reason for asking, I've got same year truck (W9) and just curious. Do you have kit part number by chance?
Loadshare kit is HS10191. The U bolts did not come with the kit. Since I took out a 1" block I needed shorter ones so got them made at a local shop for 80.00 CAD including new hardware.
Pete Peters ok thanks Pete. I removed same blocks and such and the ride with no bags is good minus minor bump steer so figured I'll add bags get ride height up while traveling these rough highways. Get a chance add a video with hood closed aired up. I'm curious at the height difference deflated vs aired. Thanks and be safe Pete

What is the height difference when the bags are inflated to deflated?

That is the way not to do. Wow it just blows my mine to even come up with that
