I had a 3x4x3cm simple cyst on my left ovary. I had a ruptured ectopic on my right fallopian tube and during the surgery, they accidentally ruptured the cyst. That just added to the clean up job that the surgeon had to do.
Simple cysts can be painful if they rupture, leak, or get large enough to twist on themselves (torsion). Most simple cysts are small, not painful, and go away on their own. If you are having significant pain you should probably be seen by a doctor.

7” mass, 11 yrs post hysto and right oopherectomy. The mass they say is the fallopian tube enlarged! But they removed that in 2015. This mass is of mixed density. They’re leaving it in there due to Endo scarring, told me I’m too young to worry, even though I had cervical cancer yrs ago. And told me to go to physio therapy . The pain I feel is unreal, drs know this
I have 3.5 cm cyst on right ovary and 1.6 cm on left ovary . Bilateral multiple complex in nature , also thinking doing hysterectomy due to fibroids should I remove the ovaries at the same time ?
@@niqslife Had no other options I didn't want to deal with the pain during my cycle and heavy bleeding, I had total hysterectomy, however, my doctor said she left my ovaries with the removal of the larger cyst since then, I feel great, I still experience menstrual like symptoms.but I rather deal with minor discomfort than what I was going through monthly. Hope this helps .
I have pain in lower stomach and back, spotting, heavy blooding during period, blotting. My ultrasound shows complex ovarian cyst 2cm on left side. So my question is what is this complex cyst means? And why dr not gave me any treatment? Thank you
@@Reinahdz818 I had the same problem!diagnosed with complex ovarian cyst.The doctor prescribed 3 months hormone pill and we will see if the cyst will shrink.Still on my 2nd week of taking hormone pill.

Very interesting, feeling how the bloating and pain receded within approximately two months made all the difference, I simply go’ogled the latest by Tilly Strankten and her Ovarian Cyst Guide and although it really took about 10 weeks for it to totally shrink and vanish I’ve never felt so light and relaxed.
You explained that well. I have a hemorrhagic cyst. They are going to do a repeat ultrasound to see if it’s gone

I had 1.9 cm corpus luteum cysts that got ruptured. Still waiting in my dr to reply. Do i need to do any treatment for that size of ruptured cyst?

My cyst is 6or 7 cm but drinking birth control pills for 3 months to see if it goes away
