The crop top is like a British heritage. The Turkish and the italians have mastered the style. The Latinos are on point with the Clippers but no good in my opinion with the scissors. The Haitians are the best giving fades with a razor blade.

Depends on your hair texture but I recommend using scissors for this cut style
Yes but depends on the hair . Very fine hair can manipulate the crop. Course straight hair is very difficult.
