    this is very good drill for fitness and to improve run up stride as well,jock campbell sir you are realy outstanding,really this drill help me alot ,sir keep making videos and instructions for fast bowler

      No we should run on heels because we have to hit the ground harder and we will be able to get quicker off the ground on heels

      time left after finishing the run.. If you reach 40 metre marker in 10 seconds the rest time is 30 seconds), before you go for another sprint
