Meet Gurinder - BOWLFIT Athlete
In 2020, we welcome Gurinder Sandhu to our BOWLIFT Scholarship program.
Gurinder has been using the Bowlfit program since 2016. At the age of 21, Gurinder played ODI cricket for Australia as well as playing for NSW, Tasmania, Sydney Thunder and a season with the Dehli Daredevils in the IPL.
As important as it was for us to support him during his successes, we also value how hard he is working now to rebuild his career. It's this strength of character and this quite achievement that have earned him his scholarship with BOWLIT.
Can't wait to see what the 2020/21 season brings for you, G!

Aerobic interval pacing will vary depending on the activity type or length. Some coaching methods use timed pacing, for example, 4:30min Km pace. Our preferred method is Rate of Perceived exertion, OR, what the effort feels like out of 10.     That's terrible form. You can really injured performing a squat like that. You open up the hip gait and let your knees track over your toes

      Also notice how he's making a conscious effort to land on the toe of his front leg. Even though that isn't what you'll end up doing off your full run because of how your leg will naturally extend due to your momentum, through using that as your cue, you'll end up landing with a braced front leg, and it'll also direct your force toward the batsmen better.
