"ooooh...that's kind of cool actually; it's a bit messy" ; yes a bit messy LOL. As always, very much enjoy your reactions, Daniela.

Really enjoyed your reaction, as usual. The next two episodes are _really_ intense, so be ready!
As far as sci-fi in general goes, I know exactly what you mean. So much of it focuses on the ideas, and neglects the characters, and in some cases, the story. Two of the biggest exceptions I've seen are _The Expanse_ and _Orphan Black,_ which is another show I think you would like. It's sort of bio-punk, and is a rare example of a female-led sf show. It's also one of the only sf shows to have earned its lead an Emmy for acting. Great characters, great story, lots of puzzles and thrills, with a dash of horror and a splash of humor.

Actually Orphan Black is on my ''To watch'' list

@@danielaam9058 Yes I absolutely loved Orphan Black, and it's a shame that not that many people react to it!

The footage depicting the hybrid pods that Prax watched was from the data core that Prax found in the Ganymede lab. It was prepared to be taken, together with the hybrid (that broke out of the lab and ended up on the Roci) by the MCRN Karakum, the ship that got destroyed on Sadavir's order. It was kind of a "manual" for the Martians. Edit: I love your reactions.

I completely forgot about the data Prax took. Now it makes more sense

Great (and hilarious) reactions as usual.. 🤣. Just a fair advance warning, that you should NOT watch the opening credits for Episode SEVEN and EIGHT , as they unfortunately reveal a spoiler... 👍

Amazing reaction as always. And seeing that "martenitsa" in your wrist made me remember when I travelled to Bulgaria for work. Good times... (I know you're in Romania but I unfortunalely didn't go there yet).

In Romania is called ''Mărțișor'', kind of the same but the string has tassels not dolls and has a decoration attached to it. It used to be a coin but now can be everything even jewelry.

The producers have commented how they used to get grief from the Sy-Fy networks for all the f*cks in the script,, but no one every complained about having a young boy "disassemble" his nurse.

There’s a guy in the Facebook group who asked if he could let his young daughter watch season five because he had been disgusted by the sex scene in early season four.
He had absolutely no problem with this scene or the scene in another three episodes though. So bizarre that a fully clothed sex scene is awful but graphic bloody violence is ok

@@Vaultboy-ke2jj Yikes. I guess it does, indeed, take all kinds. Meanwhile, I won't comment on whether-or-not he should let daughter watch S5 so as to not give any spoilers for Daniela.

You get various levels of SciFi just like there are levels of wine. The expanse is definite not the kind that comes in a 5 liter box

"The bitch changed the speech"...in your accent. Wonderful.
Yes, Holden was a UN sailor, he fought a Martian sailor. Mostly even match.
Bobbie said that she had no speaking skills, but she talked her way through the incident with the other Martians.
You had the best reaction to "disassembly reveals useful pathways" of all. First, you got it a moment before they showed it. Then, you thought it was kind of neat rather than tossing your popcorn. As you noted, Katoa did the same thing to the nurse that the Protomolecule did to the Arbogast. I believe all the elements of the Protomolecule are in communication with each other and are in the same phase of action. So the mother-lode Protomolecule on Venus was disassembling ships while Katoa was dissembling people. When the mother-lode on earth moves to a new phase, I would guess Katoa would move to that phase as well.
I think perhaps the reason you prefer The Expanse over most science fiction is that it's not so much about the "pew-pew" or the aliens as it is about the human drama that occurs in the universe that has been created.
