If using REC TEC Rubs ill use 60% Asian Persuasion/40% Durty Gurl Bloody Mary Rub, if you want a bit of spice the the Screaming Pig Rub is fantastic. I typically use 1/2cup of rub per 5 pounds of wings. Again personal taste is key some might like more/less per personal taste.
