Pepperoni Cheese Keto bites on the Recteq Smokestone
No better way to test out the non stick surface than try and burn some cheese…. The first wood pellet griddle does a great job melting the cheese, adding a great crisp texture for a great lo carb snack!

You never mentioned the temp of the smoker ?
Thanks, I used this method again today on my 1100 Flagship. 5 lb boneless was 3 hours to set. two 8-9 lb bone in was 5 hours to set. Came here looking for '350' degree as set.
get the fuck out of here this was bad .. you might as well dumped water in there too
Don’t get any better than Dukes Mayo! 😉
This guy is trying his best to hide his contempt for this cut of meat 😂
Finally someone does a tutorial on BBQ that I understand with the visual aid I need!!!
Super easy peasy just marinate 24 hrs and buy a $1000 grill 🤔
Do you like a little meat with your seasoning?
🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
I have a BFG with a smoke box and a cold smoke generator on it and I love it
insane! Miss these old videos

This looks absolutely delicious brother Greg!
Thanks Chef!!! My wife is going to have one more reason to love me when I make these her favorites.
Genius. I am going to try this with the garlic bread too.
I have the RT700. Made bacon the other day It was a complete flop. No smoke taste at all even though I run the smoker on smoke mode the whole time. Is there a way I can get enough smoke to taste it in my next batch of bacon. Hopefully, You can help me? Message sent Today at 5:12 AM by You You sent From a pork belly. Se

London broil is one of the toughest roast there are! Mine just about melted in your mouth But i took a fork and poked it to death,. Then i put it in a baking soda brine over night, Risen it off pat dry. oiled salt and pepper, out on the grill if goes 30 min smoking 30 flame broiled, back inside to put my rubs on it while is resting. To get that tender.. You can slice it to any thickness you like. YUM
Better work on it getting it TENDER
Rockin' that London Broil.
You’ve got a bad ass kitchen set up in there. Lots of fun things to play with!
Thank you, I haven't seen the cut side down method, but will be trying it the next time. Great vid
I got my 590 deck boss yesterday just waiting for it to ship and get to my house
Awesome!! I'm sure you could update this for you and BBQDad and Chef John.
I stopped wrapping them and finish it in a slow cooker since it's not gonna get smoke anyway and its 🔥 with less baby sitting
I would love to see a small version that you can take camping
At what te.p!? Lame.
Cut the video time in half by hitting the key points: Prep, cook temp & cook time. Audio is awful.
What are the dimensions on it when legs are folded up? And what are the dimensions of the main grill grate?
why bother with bread when you can have the meaty and cheesy goodness all by itself
Those look really good
Deliciousness! Recteq baby!
I would love to have this recipe...
nope
Oh yeah cookies in a Recteq are so good
You got to be kidding me! recteq baby!
Recteq baby!
Ahh letting the kiddos help, nice! Looks delicious 😊
Where'd you get those amazing looking chickens???
Music totally sucks!! To loud and obnoxious!!
Great method. I went at 325 degrees for two pork shoulders which extended the time quite a bit over 5 hours, a little bit over 7 hours, but that is soooo much better than the 10-11 hours when doing the slow and low method. To be honest, the finished product was BETTER with this method, IMO. If anyone is concerned with smoke flavor, you can start it low temps for the first hour and then bump it up. But I didn't really notice much flavor loss.
Great video. Thanks for posting!!
Great vid but. Shiny side out on foil sir
So cook it at 350 to cook pork butt in 6 hrs also do spritz your butts with apple cider or appl juice?
Are we supposed to guess what you are doing? Pls explain like your spray or temps or whatever
