Just bc it seems like a little portion doesn't mean it's not enough food. The healthier the food the more fulfilling it is. I think this is the right amount of food. Of course it depends on her height and weight of how much food she should eat or calories she should take in.

I don't understand how so many Americans eat this little, yet they're only at a normal weight. I eat almost double of this amount, usually four meals a day. If I ate this little I'd be constantly dealing with bloating, not having energy to workout or focus, depression and anxiety, insane hunger...I wonder why that is. I'm still slightly slimmer than Natasha, even though most of my family is overweight.
I actually have the opposite issue! If I over eat and get too full, I have IBS problems. Bloated, and feel awful. I typically have to eat a few small meals and some small snacks in between but never three giant meals a day. I’m very slim in figure as well! Interesting!
I eat more as well. :) Im always afraid to eat too little protein for example so the body starts to brek down proteines from the immune system and muscles and stuff. But seems to be reallt tasty meals! :) I myself wold ad pasta/rice and more proteins to get energy to work out and be active. :p :)

We gotta remember that the youtube (New York/LA) Americans do not represent the U.S. at all.. + I am pretty sure that what we see is usually the perfect/idealized weeks/days. Which of course can be very dangerous for young people.. and maybe even triggering for some people. We really need to be careful to not believe everything we see on youtube or other social media platforms because I am so sure that so many don’t eat that little and that healthy every single day. After all it is just a social media bubble where everyone is probably too scared to get judged, no matter if it’s for eating too little or too much... and also of course each body works differently, everyone has different access to things and not everyone is active all day either.

No, I actually started doing it pretty recently once I cut eggs out of my daily diet. I’m not a huge breakfast person without eggs so I that’s pretty much why I just wait until lunch now.
Natasha Bure so curious why no eggs? I always want to know WHY people are choosing gluten, dairy or carb free-not like details of any possible physical symptoms but just the general motivation. I toyed with the idea of gluten free but man, I dislike so many veggies 😞
