I would move the the down stairs bathroom in the kitchen make it a closet with stackable washer and dryer or a combo with storage above the washer and dryer I love the dinner table in the middle for 3 large adults and the spice rack and I would replace the hot water heater with a tankless and love all that storage space as well
I vote for the spice rack & maybe a wine fridge. Don't care for the sliding table, it takes up too much space. Also that table makes it hard to use the storage. The outside storage is great but I think the inside storage could be better.
Remove sliding dining table makes kitchen feel cramped, also move living room to kitchen area to take advantage of those wonderful 4 full size windows.
No countertop space, not enough storage in kitchen, no longer closet for women’s dresses. Love the living room and the table that slides and the spice rack is more useful . Its lovely, but more for a man than a woman.
Spice rack, as I would never leave wine in the rack for traveling. It ends up being decor to set up and take down. As for the table, I love it. wish it was the countertop material for extra "counter space" when up against the window. I do wish the wet bay had it's own door!
I want both the wine rack and a spice place. It looks to cramped to have to go through the kitchen to get to the living room. Don’t need the half bathroom. Use more space for kitchen.
We are looking for a full-time living coach and I think this is it!! I would buy it for the master bath but there are alot of other great features too. I love the sliding table. I do wish it had the same solid surface as the countertops, it would match better and could be used for a buffet/food prep space along with an eating area. Love the 1/2 bath, spice rack & counter space on both sides of the stove. Coffee bar area is awesome with the little niche area for the bigger coffee makers or portable ice makers. You didn't show that there is also a T.V. in the kitchen - comes up from the televator on back of the big T.V. That is an Awesome feature! You can watch it while eating or doing dishes. 2 big misses in this kitchen - a pantry. With an extended cooktop slide, there would be room to put one by the stairs. It would only be a foot or two wide but it could be done. Also, the sink area needs a small lip on the back & sides made out of solid surface material to catch the water that would inevitably run off the counter into the table. A dishwasher would also be a huge plus! Everything else is great except all those dark cabinets!!! That is the only thing stopping me from buying this unit. I told my husband I love the cream co!or cabinets but if we couldn't order it with all cream cabinets throughout I didn't want it. He said he would be willing to have all the cabinets painted for me aftermarket if Jayco wouldn't do it! That's very sweet but alot of extra cost. So, please make our full time RV wishes come true and offer a full cream color cabinet package throughout because I can't deal with all those dark cabinets. Otherwise, love this set-up. Thanks for the great video!
0:17 You were spot on with ALL of your suggestions for improvement! Only I like the slide table since it is just my husband and I we would have it over under windows and then the kitchen is much more maneuverable! I do wish the table was the same material as the counter though!
I love this one in the Northpoint, the kitchen Table placement in it is much better. I don’t care for that table placement at all in this one it’s to cramped. I sure hope they will change it.
I wished I was in my early 50's....I'd do buy one and spend my time making this my permanent home !!!!! It is beautiful and I'd be willing to down size my everything to make it work . As far as the spice rack I'd get a 2 step ladder . My problem is solved . So bring on the spices.
I noticed that at a local RV show. It needs to pull out and down further because I would not be able to read what spices I was getting, and it would be a mystery dinner.
Hey Mike hope you're having a great day? I really love this Jayco Pinnacle 38FLGS fifth wheel. It's amazing. I like that there is separation between the living room an kitchen. I love what they done with the dining table, that is awesome that you can slide it to the wall an have eating space for just 2 people or slide it back an fit 4 people. I like that it's a bath an a half. I know alot of people don't like the half bathroom in the kitchen area, but when your asleep you don't have to worry about getting woke up to someone going through your bedroom to use the bathroom. I do wish they would put a electric fireplace space heater under the bench in the bedroom. The main bathroom is nice an large. The space an storage inside an outside is awesome an amazing! Thank you Mike for showing us this Pinnacle38 FLGS fifth wheel an giving us all the information on it!!!!! Your number one fan an friend Leonard from NC!!! Hope to see more videos soon from you Mike an again Thank you....!!!!!!
I like this model of 5th wheel very much. Like the kitchen table very much, the front living room. The master bath is great. I like the "fun side no slide" concept. Could never afford it, but certainly would be on a short list if I could.
Oh I love this! Great living room just what I wanted and a half bath. The layout is on of the ones my husband and I have been looking for. He just retired from Chrysler after 50 yrs🎉. So it’s time to enjoy life 👍. Love this!
Instead of the sliding table, I'd like to see a fixed countertop (in that white finish). That kitchen is counter space challenged, so to have more counter space in an island would be great. When you're finished with the food prep, stools (or chairs) could pull out from under the island countertop. So, you don't lose any tabletop and you don't have to run around trying to find the other two chairs. With the white countertop, it opens up the space and makes the kitchen area look much larger. Love the fireplace/space heater. Not a big fan of barn doors. I don't like the way they look (they look like they came off a barn). They're usually noisy and some of them require oil to remain quiet and easy to roll open and shut. Who wants to do periodic maintenance on doors! I also don't like that 3-section shower door. All shower doors should have a squeegee built-in that squeegees water off the door whenever the door is opened or closed. Would rather have the stacked washer/dryer.
I wish RV made would give an option of twin beds to enable people with mobility issues to get in and out of bed and it would also facilitate companion/ buddy camping.
One Question, I obviously could not afford this Beauty but as a Substitute, I am not a shower person so can a Bathtub replace a shower for those not into showers?? This Is a Capable Substitute Home On The Road!
The comments on the kitchen area are spot on. It made me feel claustrophobic but it could be due to a vide tour rather than a personal tour. Still love our FL Montana .
It’s very tight. My husband and me took a look at this a couple weeks ago, and it was so tight and small. Their Jayco Northpoint 382FLRB is way better than this Pinnacle, and it seemed so much larger than this one.
Spices. I go through about 2 bottles of wine a year. I can keep them anywhere else. I do go through a good number of spices though. Those need to be near the stove/food prep area. No need to go searching through the sock drawer for your bay leaves. 😉
Yes, I love the spice rack. I think I love the sliding table. I would prefer the table to be countertop material for more work space while still having the eating space. If there is a possibility to have the table where it folds in half once it is slid to the wall. I am a single female who would love to live full-time in a camper. Thus, needing less eating space.
I actually love the uniqueness of this layout! Love the table integrated the way it is in the kitchen. No real preference between wine rack/spice rack, though spiced would be used more often.
Incredibly thorough tour! Love the spice rack and the sliding table, which you could use for food prep. Not a fan of the 1/2 bath, as it just me and the hubs that camp year-round. Would love the option to have a walk-in pantry! All around, a truly beautiful coach!!
Love the large living room. However, with the tv up, you can't get into that cupboard. Very inconvenient if someone is cooking. Aaahhh ... just saw that you can access it from the sides! Wonderful!!
A beautiful unit! I have a 2017 pinnacle front living g room and we love it. I would like to swap out the bathroom for a pantry. I am a cook and our pantry is loaded. I like the outdoor kitchen which we do not have on ours. Not sure about the table configuration.
I'm almost 75 and I really appreciate your knowledge, patience, and calming attitude you have in your tours. Sometimes I don't to watch the entire video if it's an RV that I'm not particularly interested in, so I just fast forward and catch some comments about the sections that do interest me. Thanks lots!! 😁
Hey Mike, another great video! This is one of our favorite floorplans. I vote for the spice rack and I like the table setup. It does not have a dining slideout intruding on the fun side of the rig!! This floorplan is in our top 2 and having owned several Jayco units, it is just hard to beat Jayco! We keep coming back even after looking at all the rest!
As to the spice rack - that's nice to have - provided you are tall enough to really see the spices and you can reach them. This kitchen is as crammed as the living room is spacious. No room for a footstool to reach the pepper shaker. I like looking at this 5thwheel, not so sure I'd really want to buy it.
I like the idea on the front living rooms I always have. To me the kitchen seemed awful small I did not notice any counter space per se and also there was not much of a pantry at all other than the few cupboards. To me I would rather have the normal kitchen layouts that 90% of the RVs have. I have always owned Jayco but I would definitely pass on this particular pinnacle model. Also I believe you should show the MSRP and then the sale price. Thanks for the video I enjoy watching these presentations whether it be from you or others
Spice rack is good. I like the table but generally vote for an extended island with bar stools or chairs for dining space. An extended island also gives more prep area when cooking.
Spice rack all the way. I think the table is a nice idea, since there's no post to bang your knees against. However, I'd prefer a solid countertop at the same height as the sink, and sliding on a metal rack with a hard pin latching down at set positions. People nowadays eat at the kitchen countertop, not at dining tables -- so that would be more reminiscent of that trend.
Love the spice rack idea. I'm not sure if I like the limit aisle space leading to the living area. Overall, this unit has many perks not seen in other RV's. We have a 41' and 44' is scary! Thankfully I'd not be the driver! Awesome video! Wishing you the best on sales!
Everything is so spacious but the kitchen because sitting at the table people have to have them pulled out and it seems you will be right next to the stove and it looks like a tight squeeze but it is Beautiful
Beautiful, I'd give up my home to live in this. I must say you do a wonderful job presenting this fifth wheel. The kitchen table is unique and it does glide easily, it provides more prep area also if needed. Inside and out what more could you possibly need in a fifth wheel? Love, Love, Love this one. Charlotte from Hixson, Tn. 👍👍👏💕
Would go for the space for wine over spices since I don't keep a lot of spices at the trailer anyway but I don't like the remaining kitchen set up. A sliding table is cool but having to move it to gain access to storage would get monotonous I'm sure. Also not a fan of the "bathroom in the kitchen" arrangement... if the bedroom wasn't up stairs I would suggest wrapping the door to the bathroom to that wall. But love the front living space as we have one of those already. Any trailer, no matter the manufacturer, has good things and ones someone will questions. Love that they remembered a coat rack and added Smart TVs and love the shade options too.
❤❤❤ Love the table and the spice rack. Always wondered why you would store wine over your stove and microwave. Seems li,e you could ruin your wi e with heat exposure.
Hi Mike, Like your videos. I also like Jayco campers above all others, but this floor plan has numerous features that I would consider a "Deal Beaker". Just to mention a few, the TV should be on the front outside wall, not the cutout between the kitchen and living room, and should be much larger. The sliding kitchen table is a huge no-go, and the orientation of the kitchen island is an obstruction in combination with the weird table set up. A Spice Rack that a 6' tall person can't easily look into, even when tipped down, would be useless to my 5'5" tall wife. The 1/2 bath directly accessible from the kitchen is a HUGE turn-off, would have been better with a hallway entrance. The shower in the on-suite is way too low, even for you, looks like you would hit your head on the way in or out. Overall I don't like this floor plan at all. I am particularly interested in Front Living floor plans and we are currently searching for the right fit, so I'll thank you for the video preview and for saving us the time it would have taken to see it in person only to walk away disappointed. Keep up the good work! Thanks.
Thanks for the valuable feedback. All good points. I hit my head on just about every shower enclosure (including our Tiffin motorhome) and it's annoying. And I can see how the kitchen orientation may work for some, and not at all for others. As aways, appreciate you watching.
Hi Bill, Standard on the Pinnacle is residential however this one was ordered with a gas/electric. I like residential, but gas/electric units have their redeeming qualities. Appreciate your feedback.
This is by far my favorite setup. The bath is amazing. Being that it is a 44’ I’m surprised this is not 3 axle’s. It would be a consideration if it had 3 axle’s to handle the weight.
Love the camper. But instead of a half bath in my kitche, I would like a butler pantry or full pantry.
I could see that design working. Thanks for commenting -Mike
Best presentation bar none. Add knife shelf to spice rack. Love sliding table. Had no idea Jayco stepped it up,. Beautiful.
I would move the the down stairs bathroom in the kitchen make it a closet with stackable washer and dryer or a combo with storage above the washer and dryer I love the dinner table in the middle for 3 large adults and the spice rack and I would replace the hot water heater with a tankless and love all that storage space as well

Remove sliding dining table makes kitchen feel cramped, also move living room to kitchen area to take advantage of those wonderful 4 full size windows.
The spice rack is much better than the wine rack!
The slide table is brilliant!
No countertop space, not enough storage in kitchen, no longer closet for women’s dresses. Love the living room and the table that slides and the spice rack is more useful . Its lovely, but more for a man than a woman.
I've been building those things for over 30 years and rarely ever get impressed anymore but I gotta admit I really like the front living room models
Spice rack, as I would never leave wine in the rack for traveling. It ends up being decor to set up and take down. As for the table, I love it. wish it was the countertop material for extra "counter space" when up against the window. I do wish the wet bay had it's own door!

Nice set up. I definitely vote for the spice rack. Very handy.

Hi Tish. I don't disagree. The Northpoint front living is one of my favorite front living floorplans.
I wished I was in my early 50's....I'd do buy one and spend my time making this my permanent home !!!!! It is beautiful and I'd be willing to down size my everything to make it work . As far as the spice rack I'd get a 2 step ladder . My problem is solved . So bring on the spices.
After watching the video makes me proud of the RV company that I work.
Like it Mike more room on the fun side
Ha, thanks Steven
Best video EVER to show a gorgeous coach ! REALLY nice to see someone with class !!
Thank you, Kurt. -Mike
I would recommend moving the skylight in the master bathroom shower more to the center of the shower area, and not as close to the faucets
not crazy about the table that slides.the kitchen looks so small with that table. i would like more counter top or a space for a coffee bar
It's an RV.
That spice rack is so high that my wife would never use it!
It is indeed kind of high, I agree.
I noticed that at a local RV show. It needs to pull out and down further because I would not be able to read what spices I was getting, and it would be a mystery dinner.
Definitely wine rack, and the table is cool. Versatility is always welcomed
I watch this dudes videos in anticipation of the "knocks the chill off" every time he reviews a fireplace every time
Instead of the half bath it would be a great space for a laundry / utility room
Love the slide table

Personally I love it! I actually like the sliding table
Beautiful Colors in and out of the 5th Wheel . But mot a fan of the single basin sink. Living room is cool.
Definitely a spice rack! Love the detail!
I appreciate the professional presentation and no background noises ! Very nice coach !
I appreciate that! - Mike
I like this model of 5th wheel very much. Like the kitchen table very much, the front living room. The master bath is great. I like the "fun side no slide" concept. Could never afford it, but certainly would be on a short list if I could.
The spicewine space should have loaf of bread size plastic compartments to store fresh bread that will never go bad; at least three loafs
Honestly, I like the spice rack better. And, the table? It's perfect!
Thanks for the feedback, Jenn. The spice rack voters are in the lead!
Oh I love this! Great living room just what I wanted and a half bath. The layout is on of the ones my husband and I have been looking for. He just retired from Chrysler after 50 yrs🎉. So it’s time to enjoy life 👍. Love this!
Love the videos! My vote is for Spices up there! Wine can go anywhere.
Me too! Thx for commenting. -Mike

Wow u complain alot.i love it.theres plenty of rvs out there. Find another one hst has what u like!😊
I wish RV made would give an option of twin beds to enable people with mobility issues to get in and out of bed and it would also facilitate companion/ buddy camping.
The Sliding Table Makes 100% sense. Its truly Great use of the space its in!!
One Question, I obviously could not afford this Beauty but as a Substitute, I am not a shower person so can a Bathtub replace a shower for those not into showers?? This Is a Capable Substitute Home On The Road!
Hi Fran, thanks for watching. No tub option in Jayco fifth wheels. Appreciate the feedback
Nice RV. I definitely prefer the spice rack above the cooking area.
love the spice rack and the table
I love ❤this van. ❤❤❤❤
I love this unit, I am a tall person so the spice rack is great for me and I love the table and the fridge is great
The comments on the kitchen area are spot on.
We like the spice rack (and yes, we drink wine.) Not so thrilled with the table.
Copy that, Edward. Appreciate the feedback.
I love north point flrb and this pinnacle it’s similar .I love it🥰👌👍never enough room for spices so no vine rack and also good idea table😊
I love the slide table I would prefer the wine cabinet other than that wished this beautiful trailer was a toy hauler
So beautiful a dream that will never come true for me.
Should make bathroom little smaller to give more room for the sides of bed , plus I say spice rack.
Spices. I go through about 2 bottles of wine a year. I can keep them anywhere else. I do go through a good number of spices though. Those need to be near the stove/food prep area. No need to go searching through the sock drawer for your bay leaves. 😉
I like the space for spices. Really like table. I love this rig. It's one of the nicest ones I've seen.
Love the table, and I am a big fan of the front living room.
Thx for the feedback! -Mike
Good feedback. Thanks
-Mike
I love the table that slides back and forth. And I would rather have the spice rack😊
Thanks for watching / commenting! -Mike
I actually love the uniqueness of this layout! Love the table integrated the way it is in the kitchen. No real preference between wine rack/spice rack, though spiced would be used more often.
kathy
Thumbs down on the table, thumbs up on the spice rack. Love the living room and bedroom !
Incredibly thorough tour! Love the spice rack and the sliding table, which you could use for food prep. Not a fan of the 1/2 bath, as it just me and the hubs that camp year-round. Would love the option to have a walk-in pantry! All around, a truly beautiful coach!!
Love the content. Thanks so much
Thank you, Paul!
The song at the end got me and I had to subscribe. You're good at these tours.
Ha, maybe I should do more music. Thanks for watching! -Mike
Spice rack most definitely, i love this model
Thx for the feedback
Love the large living room. However, with the tv up, you can't get into that cupboard. Very inconvenient if someone is cooking. Aaahhh ... just saw that you can access it from the sides! Wonderful!!
A beautiful unit! I have a 2017 pinnacle front living g room and we love it. I would like to swap out the bathroom for a pantry. I am a cook and our pantry is loaded. I like the outdoor kitchen which we do not have on ours. Not sure about the table configuration.
Good feedback, Janet. Thanks for watching!
Fold out all the beds please 🙏👈🥺
I'm almost 75 and I really appreciate your knowledge, patience, and calming attitude you have in your tours. The stories are funny
Hey Mike, another great video! This is one of our favorite floorplans. I vote for the spice rack and I like the table setup. It does not have a dining slideout intruding on the fun side of the rig!! Thumbs down on table. Take it out completely. Love spice rack
Thanks for watching and commenting! - Mike
Like the slide table and spice rack instead of wine 😊

I love you slide table. Love everything about the coach it's a nice trailer god bless
Thanks for watching
Spice rack. I love the sliding table. We actually had the far right under counter cabinet next to the table/windows converted to a wine fridge.
Love spice rack. Beautiful camper. I love ❤️ it
I love the table slide
I prefer that it should be a wine cabinet and I love the sliding table in the kitchen that is great and unique that's one of the best changes
Spice rack is good. I like the table but generally vote for an extended island with bar stools or chairs for dining space. An extended island also gives more prep area when cooking.
I love my wine and spices, but up that high, a wine rack would be best. I need my spices lower where I can see them.
I would have the living room tv swivel for people using the kitchen. The kitchen seemed like a tight squeeze
Good feedback. -Mike
rather have spice rack. wine bottles would always get greasy . love the spice rack ❤️
Nice RV i like the rear living room & front bathroom
This would be my full time living Rv for 3 adults
Table idea is great
Slide track...very nice.
Love the spice rack idea. I'm not sure if I like the limit aisle space leading to the living area. Overall, this unit has many perks not seen in other RV's. We have a 41' and 44' is scary! Thankfully I'd not be the driver! Awesome video! Wishing you the best on sales!

Spice rack! I like this table and gas electric frig!
Right on! Thanks for watching.
I like the sliding table
I'm getting closer & closer to retirement. I love this 5th wheel. I'd happily give up my house for it! LOL
awesome video, ty for all you do
Thanks. And congrats on the pending retirement! -Mike
❤❤❤ Love the table and the spice rack. Always wondered why you would store wine over your stove and microwave. Seems li,e you could ruin your wi e with heat exposure.
You can see the difference on the Jayco on a league of their own so much nicer.
I would like the spice rack and have the table removable for extra space.
Hi Mike, Like your videos. I also like Jayco campers above all others, but this floor plan has numerous features that I would consider a "Deal Beaker".
Agree.
Thought Jayco was substituting 12 volt compressor for the gas/electric fridge
Hi Bill, Standard on the Pinnacle is residential however this one was ordered with a gas/electric. I like residential, but gas/electric units have their redeeming qualities. Appreciate your feedback.
I don’t drink/use much wine except for cooking occasionally so I’d rather have a spice rack!
This is by far my favorite setup. The bath is amazing. Being that it is a 44’ I’m surprised this is not 3 axle’s. It would be a consideration if it had 3 axle’s to handle the weight.
Nice that you take in consideration for people that people who use CPAP machines but where in the bedroom is a shelf to put one by the bed?
Would like the spice rack and to see the table be able to slide into the living area under the floor to store it completely out of the way.
Love the spice rack
Mike you do a great job walking us through a potential buy
Thank you my friend
